The Situation Sues Dad over Burn Website

Talk about a situation -- 'Jersey Shore' star Mike Sorrentino is suing his pop, Frank Sorrentino, over a website he created in attempt to defame his reality show stud son, according to TMZ.

Mike Sorrentino filed a suit yesterday in a federal Miami court that claimed his father illegally used his name and image to promote his website -- TheConfrontationSite.com.

Not only is Sorrentino Sr. trashing his son on the website, but has also recently given video interviews in which he relays embarrassing stories and denounces The Situation's role in the family.

But Mike Sorrentino isn't taking the insults and the website lightly. The ab-flasher claims his father is maliciously attempting to put a stake in his business ventures by bringing to light his past indiscretions.

And The Situation isn't stopping at his spiteful dad, he's also going after his pop's business partner, claiming that he has a long reputation of being a swindler. The party boy has asked a judge to demand that his father refrain from using his image and name on the website immediately and is also looking to recoup an undisclosed amount in damages.

No one is born with a name like, the situation ,its ridiculous.
This guy has so much to learn, and no one to teach him it seems.
His own father so desperate to use his name, to make a fast buck. No, the apple doesnt fall far from the tree.
I wish someone would tell this guy, stop smiling out of the side of his face, it looks ridiculous.
Who ever told him he looks good like, that was lying to the boy.
These kids get on a little show, and think their all movie stars now.....I can only hope they all stay in Italy.

Mike...you have my sympathy. No parent should ever defame their child by telling the world about the stupid things they did when they were kids. I have 2 sons about your age and would never talk about them like your father does you. And believe me they did some dumb stuff.

To the rest of the world...repeat after me..."The Jersey Shore" is just entertainment. The kids on the show are "actors" working within a script.
