Heather Morris Shows Off Bikini Bod in Women's Health

'Glee' girl Heather Morris is showing off her toned bikini bod on the cover of Women's Health's June issue (via People). So how does Morris, 24, keep her fit physique? By gettin' low.

"I take a lot of exercise cardio classes," she told the mag. "I do a ton of squats."

Although Morris was initially hired to teach the cast Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' dance, her charisma and comedy was contagious and creator, Ryan Murphy, added her to the Glee club as the naive Brittany.

"I want to make everybody laugh," she said. "I'm exactly like Brittany -- I love to dance, I like to have fun. I'd rather have innocence than be serious all the time."

Morris' rehearsals for her dance-heavy 'Glee' numbers also help to keep her in shape -- but this sexy stunner doesn't get bogged down with counting calories.

"Do whatever you like to do, eat how you want to eat, but just make sure you stay [active]," she said.

And her rockin' bod may be the reason why she's the apple of more than one of William Mckinley's gleeks. Morris' character has romanced not one but two of her fellow Glee clubbers -- Artie (Kevin McHale) and Santana (Naya Rivera)."

But Morris' off-screen beau, Taylor Hubbell, is less than thrilled by her on-screen partners.

"He just doesn't like watching me kiss other people," she said.

With the way that Brittany's story line is going, he better get used to it.

somewhat encouraging to remember back to a time when women had some morals and actually were ashamed for people to see them in their underwear, those days are gone. All we had to do was add a little color to panties and a bra and 98% of this world is ready to show it all. Morality and modesty go hand in hand, cannot have one without the other. Takes a fool not to see how this lack of morality and modesty is affecting our society. Turn on Dr. Oz each day and he'll be telling us how certain foods affect us, either help us or destroy our bodies. How different can it be for the mind in what we dwell on or think about as it begins to dictate how we act? Like millions of other children who attempt things they see on TV, at 5 years old I tied a towel around my neck, thought I was Superman and jumped off a high porch. I've talked to friend in law enforcment who tell me there is a horrible spike in reckless driving and speeding whenever there is a movie out that shows racing and fast driving. You joke and kid about a wife dressing sexy for her husband, putting on the Fredericks of Hollywood or Victoria's Secret to turn him on for sex and yet most people are just too stupid to realize they are dressing and or undressing for the man on the street and turning him on and never think of the repercussions. A simple rule of thumb is, "Don't Feed The Animals".
