Zsa Zsa Gabor Hospitalized as Family Feud Intensifies

Zsa Zsa Gabor is back in the hospital and in a coma following emergency stomach surgery, the famed socialite's husband told TMZ on Wednesday. The 94-year-old actress's health has been deteriorating for years now and it continues to fuel the feud between her only child, Constance Francesca Hilton, and her ninth husband, Frederic von Anhalt, according to a new report by the Daily Beast.

Hilton, the daughter of Gabor and her seventh husband, hotel magnate Conrad Hilton, has reportedly been trying to visit her ailing mother for two months now but has been denied permission.

A representative for the Hungarian-American actress and von Anhalt (a German Prince via adoption) claims that charge isn't true. "She can go on Sundays when the doctor is there so there is no funny business," said spokesman John Blanchette.

The once-glamorous Gabor's many ailments have been detailed in the media and have included photos of her in a hospice bed. One particularly disturbing report involved von Anhalt's intention to have Gabor's body preserved and displayed after her death.

Hilton blames her stepfather for the media coverage. However, she may have little ground to stand on in advocating for visitation rights or anything that pertains to her mother's well-being because Gabor made von Anhalt the executor of her will and her legal guardian in back in 2005.

That same year, von Anhalt filed a lawsuit alleging Hilton fraudulently took a loan out on her mother's home. The case was thrown out when Gabor didn't appear in court as a co-plaintiff, but von Anhalt gave it another shot just last August.

Even more bizarre in the string of events tied to the family was the news in April that von Anhalt and Gabor intended to try and have a baby through an egg donor and a surrogate.

This isn't the first time Gabor has been thought to be in her final days: she had pneumonia earlier this month, she had her leg amputated in January, and she broke her hip in July.

I am sure Zsa Zsa hates the position she finds herself in here at the end of her life? a gold digging husband on one side and a gold digging daugther on the other? it seems both of these people cannot wait until she drops so they can start beating each other up in court over the remains of her estate? I hope both of them end up getting little or nothing and the lawyers eat up all her estate, that would be justice and then Von A-Hole would actually have to get out and start working for a living for a change?

I agree with you that's usually what they do. And things like that are unbearable. I would be by my moms sise until the end instead of fighting. Some people think that life is all about lots of money.It's her child an she should be praying for her becausethat is the onlyone she will have. I have alway's like zsa zsa. My prayer's go out to her.

why do they keep torturing this woman- her husband and the doctors both share blame- she is now nothing more than a science experiment- vents- needles- call hospice- let her go in some peace-what rehab potential do they expect from a 94 Y/o amputee-she should be the poster child for why everyone should have a living will and advanced directives

If there is a G-d above, this woman would be taken away from this demon man she has been living with and be given the right to rest in peace. He is a conniving, greedy old fool who should have his gonads cut off and buried. Zsa Zsa is so old and frail her life hangs by a thread. Let her go and leave the old fool nothing....

As much as I care about and respect Zsa Zsa Gabor, I think it would be MORE humane to call in Dr. Jack Kevoirkian to do her one final service.

Honestly, do you guys even proof read your own articles? Are there not any editors looking over your shoulders? Conrad Hilton was Ms. Gabor's second husband not her seventh. Typo or not someone should be checking these stories before they are posted. This happens all the time on this site.

That old F**t needs to let the daughter visit her mother!

The husband must be her visitor police all on his own. He decides who can or who cannot see her. Probabaly Zsa Zsa thinks her daughter doesnt love her anymore or doesnt want to see her anymore. I know the feeling My aunt & Uncle did that to me when my own dad was dying. No one was allowed to see him He died alone, in his hospital bed possibly thinking none of his neighbors or other relatives cared for him anymore. But guess what happened? In time, both my uncle and his wife both died at different times one of heart attack due to respiratory collapse and one of a pulmonary embolism Oh gee it broke my heart.
