'Glee's' New Directions are headed to the New York City to compete in the Nationals, and they sing the city's praises with the help of a Madonna cover spliced with a number from the musical 'On The Town.'The season finale of 'Glee' is next week (May 24), and in addition to original songs 'Light Up the World' and 'Pretending,' the glee club takes on Madonna's 'Confessions on a Dancefloor' Big Apple anthem 'I Love New York.' The gang previously paid tribute to the pop icon in season one's 'The Power Of Madonna' episode, which included all of Madge's greatest hits including 'Vogue,' 'Express Yourself' and 'Ray of Light.'
The group puts their own spin on the synth-heavy dance hit in the New York themed episode by way of a mash-up with 'On The Town's up-beat and inspiring 'New York, New York.'

Again? Well look's like they won't be winning this year with coverage of Madonna material. Might as well have covered her copy-cat Lady? Gag-gag if they just wanted to throw in the towel so easily. Oh-Well I expect to see this show immediately put on the bubble for cancellation right after this one airs.
