High School Bullies Threw Lady Gaga in Trash Can

We knew her songwriting ammo had to come from somewhere and now
Lady Gaga is telling all in her forthcoming
MTV special 'Lady Gaga: Inside On The Outside.' Mother monster even reminisced about her own days of high school bullying -- and one event in particular that left her feeling like literal rubbish.
After meeting up with some high school friends at a local pizzeria, Gaga, then Stefani Germanotta, found herself helpless and at the hands of her adolescent bullies.
"The boys picked me up and threw me in the trash can on the street, on the corner of my block while all the other girls from the school were leaving and could see me in the trash."
The pop prodigy remembers fighting back the tears, not wanting her tormentors to see the way their bullying affected her.
"Everybody was laughing and I was even laughing. I had that nervous giggle ... I remember even one of the girls looking at me like 'are you about to cry? You're pathetic.' That's what it felt like, you're pathetic."
But the future queen of pop was too embarrassed to tell anyone, even her parents, about the incident.
"It didn't sink in with me how bullying affected me until later in my life. I knew that it affected me deeply but it wasn't until a little bit later that I realized how much it affect me and how much it was still very present."
But Gaga realized that it is with sharing her personal struggles with her fans and in turn hearing about their hardships that allowed her the cathartic experience she had been craving.
"I think it took me to get to know my fans and to see similar struggles in them to access that wound in myself," she explained.

I bet some of the bullies would kiss up to her now. Bullying has always happened and likely always will, such a shame. Have to disagree that Madonna is the queen, Lady Gaga has multiple musical talents, even if you aren't a fan of her music.

She won't be around for long. She is just a flash in the pan.

She looked like a total clown on American Idol. When will her more than 15 minutes of fame be over?

Bullies Beware !! Now Gaga's all Grown up and Have a Whole Bunch of Fans After You Guys.

This cheap meatball wouldn't know talent even if it hit her in her doggy face.

She is beginning to look more and more like Marilyn Manson.

Lady Gaga: Who's laughing now, honey? You're living your dream. How many of those bullies can say that!?! Be who you are... I love your message. Your styles and your songs (some of them) are "out there" but I love it. They did the same thing to Cindy Lauper. Love her too.

Threw her in the trash?...at least they had her talent "figured out" early on.....lol

Bullying is wrong...I was bullied as a child and it does affect you for the rest of your life. I don't "get" Lady Gaga, but KUDOS to her for sharing her story. It will help kids that are going through what I went through realize that their success in life does not have to be affected by what they're going through.

And this why Lady Gaga seems more real and relevant then Madonna ever did. Lady Gaga has a social conscious. Madonna is about Madonna

This is for all you bullies out there, just remember that one day down the road it just might be one of the people you bullied that helps you in a tough spot. Let's hope they are a big enough person to put your bulling incident behind them and offer you a helping had.

sorry for the typing error, I meant to say hand not had.
Too bad she didnt stay in the trash. She is certifiable this broad. Why is it that these so called celebrities get some money, and now they think the world should stop and pay heed to every word they say, and that what they say is the gospel??? They are still the same dummies as before, only now they have money

That is just where she belongs in the trash!!!

I do not understand the fascination with this woman, she is not a very good singer and certainly is not attractive.

Apparently all the negative reactions to her psychotic video has brought all those feeling to the surface & she's looking for simpathy. I thought they meant that she was thrown in a garbage dumpster now. She certainly deserves it. After they released the video, she was on TV claiming it was about her feeling for an old boyfriend,....not religion! It just looked like the most blasphemous thing anyone ever stooped to making. I can't believe she could get all those losers to make the video with her, although I also don't have much hope most people in the world now either.
I think that she pretends to have the balls of a broma bull,...but she is obviously cowaring now!

She sure is trying hard.

STOP COPYING MADONNA!! She started it, you copied it.

How will the world get any better if all of the above represents the 'best' those high-on-cruelty teeny-boppers can do? If you don't appreciate an artist's work, why not just ignore it, or focus on something you do like? You've just proved her point: that there will always be bullies, until others step in to call their bluffs.

I'm no fan of Lady Gaga but let's give credit where credit is due. This woman is on the cutting edge. She has done an excellent job of packaging herself and is now the highest paid entertainer in the country. People like her effect changes in the world such as clothing styles, music, and the way our kids grow up.
People who knock her to the point of ridicule are simply afraid of the changes that she has and will continue to bring about. Once again, I'm no fan but kudos to Lady Gaga and people like her.
