Lady Gaga has revealed that she wrote her second 'Born This Way' single 'Judas' about an ex-lover who left her heartbroken, following the announcement of her split from boyfriend Luc Carl.Gaga was slammed by Catholic groups for the controversial religious themes in the 'Judas' song and music video, but apparently the secularization of the story of the betrayal of Jesus has a very personal back story for Gaga.
The news comes less than two weeks after Gaga confirmed that her relationship with her heavy metal drummer beau Carl had ended.
In an interview for Britain's MTV, "I've had a lot of ex-boyfriends betray me – a******s, we all have them ... I began to write a song about an ex-lover who betrayed me, who loved heavy metal music," Gaga reveals.
