Kim Kardashian's Engagement Ring Worth $2 Million

Kris Humphries liked it and put a killer ring on it -- the New Jersey Nets player proposed to Kim Kardashian with a $2 million rock.

According to TMZ, the Lorraine Schwartz bauble boasts a 16.5-carat emerald cut diamond in the center of two 2-carat trapezoid shaped stones, totaling 20.5 carats of "the highest clarity and color." We expect nothing less for the reality star whose family empire is worth more than $65 million. The bling is worth half of Kardashian's modest $4 million Beverly Hills home.

Kardashian and Humphries dated for six months before the gargantuan b-baller popped the question by spelling out 'Will you marry me?' in rose petals. Although a wedding date has not been set, if we know the Kardashians, the whole world will get a front row seat to the royal wedding rivaling nuptials.

I looked at the ring and although it IS quite a jewel, it was just a huge square diamond. Now, don't get me wrong. If'n I could figure out a way to get my hands on a ring like that... without the man attached... I'd jump myself right into the wicked clutches of averice and figure out a way to get that ring on my fat finger. But see'n as how that's not likely to happen, I'll hold out for finding a ring lying on the pavement somewhere that has a nice, huge diamond with character! I won't hold my breath, but I will hold out.

Kim what a showoff you are to wear a ring that costly. I wonder if he really paid full price for the ring or if the media is exaggerating. I know that on a ring that expensive that you can play down the price. Good for you that you found a sucker to spend that much on a ring for you. I've watched your show and you don't seem that you have alot to offer other than fake everything. I saw you at a club in Las Vegas and you seemed a shallow self absorbed person. I will give you credit for making lots of money for appearing with your hair extensions. botox face, fake breasts, too much makeup and fake eyelashes. I hope you get the wedding that you are dying for and that you are not just using this guy.

With everything that is going on in the world right now, why don't they take some of that money and donate it instead of self gratification. It's not like they don't have enough money to go around....to me this is just very selfish - besides it won't last anyway

She wants to be married, not happy. She wants the publicity and attention. This marriage is not meant to last, she is just tired of being alone and would marry anyone that would ask her. Until she is happy with herself, no one will make her happy.

She will call it off in a few months and will not give the ring back to him! She will have the diamonds removed from the setting and have them surgically placed on/in her body so everyone can see them in her next magazine sp****!!!

First of all, NO ONE, needs a ring with a stone that size. It reeks of pretentiousness and is just really tacky. It speaks to being a show off, and when there are so mamy people in today's world really struggling just to survive, this is just really ugly.
