Spotted: Kim Kardashian and Her New Bling

Finally, a close up of Kim Kardashian's new bling.

The outrageously large engagement ring, given to her on May 18th, by now fiance, Kris Humphries, has finally been photographed out in public.

The reality star and her basketball playing fiance revealed yesterday, that they were going to tie the knot -- the proposal took place nearly a week earlier. The quick romance should have been the topic of conversation, but Kardashian's 20.5 carat emerald cut diamond ring soon became the center of attention. It has been reported that the ring costs $2 million.

The pair were preparing to depart from LAX yesterday when paparazzi snapped photos of the couple going through security. Now that the cat is out of the bag, Kardashian can show off her enormous ring for the world to see.

AAAHH! This is such a heart warming story, I can't pay my mortgage payments and she is walking around with a 2 million dollar ring on. I hope someone cuts her finger off for it. Screw her whoever she is. Thanks AOL for such an uplifting story.

Oh for crying out loud. That's vulgar. Why didn't he get her a 1 million dollar ring (or less) and make the grand gesture of donating the other 1 million to something like tornado victims? Maybe then I would have respect for them both. When so many people are hurting and need money, they flaunt their wealth. I don't envy them their wealth, hey I am all for capitolism, but this is too much. NO one needs a ring that damn big! Not even Liz Taylor!

Good luck to the couple. The major question is if she would love him as much if he could only afford a ring of a tenth of that value. If the answer is yes then she deserves everything. If no, then it is just a transaction.

I really don't think Kim is gonna marry kris, he just don't look like her "type". And if she does marry the guy her mother Kris will make sure she is involved in every inch of the wedding preparations. They all live for the fame and not for true substance, this Kris character don't have the appeal that kim is used to being affiliated with (sans Ray j). Give it 6 months we will see on E news on the bottom of our screens that "Kim Kardashian and Kris have ended their engagement". Then they'll be asking the public to respect their privacy and this is a sad time for the Kardashian clan.
