Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mistress Threatens to Sue Over Story

Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress, Mildred "Patty" Baena, has threatened to sue Entertainment Tonight over an interview with her ex-husband, Rogelio Baena.

In an interview with ET, Rogelio revealed that Patty led him to believe her 13-year-old child with Schwarzenegger was his own and only learned the truth last week ago when the news of the affair and Schwarzenegger's confession came out. Rogelio said he felt 'betrayed' by the news.

TMZ is reporting that after the interview was aired, Patty's lawyer sent a letter to ET claiming that Rogelio always knew that the love child wasn't his and said that the entertainment channel ran the interview without doing any research into Rogelio's history with his ex-wife.

The one time Schwarzenegger family housekeeper is also claiming that ET paid "in excess of six figures to spew lies."

The letter stated that they can prove that Rogelio was out of the country when the child was conceived and only returned after Patty was carrying the child.

The lawyer states, "Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boy's father."

The letter also claims that Rogelio was residing in Colombia until ET paid to fly him into the country and "lie on television for a six figure paycheck."

Patty's lawyers are demanding an apology and a retraction of the story on grounds that "our client has been outrageously defamed." They are also threatening legal action against the show, should ET not comply with their demands.

She is not only a nasty mexican, but one of the worst specimens I have ever seen. She is a perfect example of facelifts and boobjobs gone terribly wrong. Arnold had to be very very intoxicated to lie down with one of the ugliest woman on the planet. yuuuuuck !

SHe is not claiming to be a victim. She is suing over a RECENT story run by ET. She is NOT suing over child care, custody, etc. but rather over falsehoods in the story.
