Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mistress Threatens to Sue Over Story

Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress, Mildred "Patty" Baena, has threatened to sue Entertainment Tonight over an interview with her ex-husband, Rogelio Baena.

In an interview with ET, Rogelio revealed that Patty led him to believe her 13-year-old child with Schwarzenegger was his own and only learned the truth last week ago when the news of the affair and Schwarzenegger's confession came out. Rogelio said he felt 'betrayed' by the news.

TMZ is reporting that after the interview was aired, Patty's lawyer sent a letter to ET claiming that Rogelio always knew that the love child wasn't his and said that the entertainment channel ran the interview without doing any research into Rogelio's history with his ex-wife.

The one time Schwarzenegger family housekeeper is also claiming that ET paid "in excess of six figures to spew lies."

The letter stated that they can prove that Rogelio was out of the country when the child was conceived and only returned after Patty was carrying the child.

The lawyer states, "Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boy's father."

The letter also claims that Rogelio was residing in Colombia until ET paid to fly him into the country and "lie on television for a six figure paycheck."

Patty's lawyers are demanding an apology and a retraction of the story on grounds that "our client has been outrageously defamed." They are also threatening legal action against the show, should ET not comply with their demands.

Does anyone else get the similarity between this scenario with Arnold and his mistress and the movie "Down and Out in Beverly Hills?" Hispanic maid, midnight trysts? It's just pathetic... But, Patty was obviously younger and prettier in 1997. I just feel sorry for Maria.

Yes, Mildred probably did look a lot better 14 years ago. We all did. But I'm wondering how Maria could go to bed with Arnold, agggggghhhhhhhh. What was she thinking. If Grandmother Rose were alive she would have given her sound adive before the wedding.

Let's not blame Arnold for this whole mess. Patty knew he was married and had a baby on the way when she decided to jump in bed with him.She was a friend to Maria while stabbing her in the back. I hope Patty gets nothing but support for the child and that's all. I can't wait to hear her side of the story. I'm sure it will be poor me.

Maybe the tables should turn,Maybe Maria should sue Mildred. She (Milderd) knew Maria and Arnold were married and continued to remain employed and continue the affair....It's one thing to have an affair, but to stay and act like a friend to the family. Along Smiling in front of their faces, while stabbing all of them in the back..If her husband knew he wasn't the father why would he sign the birth certificate..I think it's one big mess...

She is just so disgusting on every level. 10 plus years ago she should have just said no. But of course she had a plan, and will most likely get a few million out of this and be set for the rest of her and her child's life... what kind of an example is she being to him... Arnold should have taken care of his marriage those 10 plus years ago, or just gotten a divorce back then. He has clearly gone from a hero to a minus zero.
