Newly Single Emily Maynard Thanks Fans for 'Love and Support'

Just days after it was confirmed 'The Bachelor' winner Emily Maynard returned her engagement ring to Brad Womack, Maynard turned to her Twitter page to thank her fans for their ongoing support.

"Thank you so much for the support and love. It means more to me than you know. Busy weekend so I'll see you on Monday! Ephesians 4:29" she Tweeted.

According to UsMagazine.com, Maynard was spotted running errands in Charlotte, N.C., without the rock Womack presented to her on 'The Bachelor' finale, with an insider confirming that she has returned it to ABC.

Sources claim that the couple's long-distance relationship was just too hard to continue. "It's completely over now," a source told UsMagazine.

Maynard is reported to have initiated the breakup, which happened about two weeks ago after she visited Womack's home in Austin, Texas, in a last-ditch attempt to save their relationship.

"Emily is happy in Charlotte [North Carolina] and is not moving to Austin with [her 5-year-old daughter] Ricki," a source told Us. "She is content."

But Womack isn't doing as well as Maynard. A source tells UsMagazine that the reality TV star "keeps drunk-dialing [Emily]" and added: "Brad is such a loser."

"Support from her FANS", huh? What? She had a child out of wedlock and her boyfriend died in a terrible airplane accident. His father is one of the world's richest and most reknown NASCAR car owners. And what has Emily done to nurture her own life? She's very young.

THEY WOULD HAVE HAD SOME REALLY GORGEOUS CHILDREN!! IT'S SAD THAT THEY COULDN'T WORK IT OUT. THEY SEEM TO BE TWO LONELY PEOPLE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO FINALLY HAVE EACHOTHER.

I knew she would never leave Charlotte, NC with her child because she is being supported by the Henderson family, her daughter's father's family after he was tragically killed in a plane crash some 6 years ago. Why on earth she went on the Bachelor is beyond me, I think she just wanted the attention. She also enjoys being the "heartbreaker", she was hurt, so now she hurts others before they can hurt her. I hope she gets some badly needed counseling before getting involved with another person.

Definitely agree with your statement Joan. Whether this is a Reality show or real life, Emily wasn't going to move to Texas from day one becuz of her little girl. Emily is a controlling woman & will never be happy unless she is in control of her destiny. Brad was at a time in his life where he needs someone to share in his life....he picked the wrong gal, should have been Ashley. With her insecurities she messed it up in the end. Brad got nervous, didn't know what to do (guess he forgot to call his therapist) so in the spur of the moment kicked Ashley to the curb. Just my take on the Brad Womack show.

Emily is so fake, it seemed she tried to use her late boyfriend's death to garner sympathy at every turn...I thought she was attractive at first, but after seeing her for awhile, her inner ugliness showed...

Brad, on the other hand reminds me of a spoiled child that can't decide which of his pile of toys to play with, so he ends up kicking up the sand in his sandbox, and sulking away...

brad the first red flag should have been all the emphasis she put on the dead guy...the second red flag was on the hometown visit when you met none of her family and friends...the third red flag was the fact that their really was no chemistry between you...it was awkward....shake it off and move on...find somone who does not flip your switches...if you are drunk dialing...stop it...

Emily knew going into the Bachelor she would have to move to where Brad was living. She is a fraud when it came down to a few girls she should have been honest with brad and told him she wasn't going to move from N.C.. And you wonder why he was so up-set...she played him like a violin. Emily should never went on the Bachelor...she is high maintenece Princess. Brad fell hard for her and now he is paying the price of a man with a broken heart and she is calling him a loser now. She is a man eater
