LeAnn Rimes on Bikini Photo: Those Are Abs, Not Bones

While enjoying her honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with new husband Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes Tweeted a photo of herself in a skimpy blue bikini--and ended up having to defend herself when some of her followers claimed she looked too thin.

"Those are called abs, not bones, love," Rimes Tweeted to a follower who said she looked "scary skinny."

"This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be," she posted later.

The photo also showed the singer wearing an Ace bandage. "Wow, my head and my heel are killing me from slipping on a rock," she Tweeted earlier in the day. "Ouch. Needs to get better fast."

Rimes and Cibrian arrived in Mexico for their honeymoon a month after their wedding. Rimes and Cibrian weren't able to take an immediate honeymoon due to Rimes' work schedule but the country crooner told the magazine they were hoping to squeeze one in not long after the wedding.

"We have to go back to work right away. The next four to five weeks hopefully, we'll be able to take a honeymoon. That's the plan," she said at the time.

Leann, You look just fine. There will always be folks out there who are totally negative, but we just have to ignore all the negative voices and strive to be happy. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so that simply tells you where negative people see themselves. I remember well how I felt when I was first in love and eating was the last thing on my mind. I really don't get why this couple is always in the news. They are on honeymoon yet still want to tweet endlessly, pics of her looking very unhealthy. If I was on my honeymoon, the last thing I would be doing is tweeting every 20 minutes they just saw a crab!!!! PS. Her body aside she is a very unattractive girl

Gee, I am a size zero and I am NOT that thin. It has alot ot do with one's frame and bone structure.

If you look at the other pictures of her in the beige bikini, there are plenty of shots from the front, and she looks great! I wish I had the time and money for a personal trainer to get my abs & obliques like that!
