Sean Kingston Seriously Injured in Jet Ski Accident

Hip hop star Sean Kingston suffered serious injuries Sunday evening after being involved in a jet ski accident, TMZ reports.

The "Beautiful Girls" singer is currently listed in critical condition at a Miami Beach hospital.

According to the Miami news outlet Local 10, Kingston was riding a jet skit with a female passenger when it crashed into a bridge around 6 p.m. Both Kingston and the passenger were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for "medical attention," according to a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

"Sean Kingston was in an accident today," Kingston's rep told TMZ Sunday. "No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes."

The cause of the accident is under investigation, but at this time it does not appear to alcohol-related.

Never heard of this person,but hope he'll be okay.What little I know about jet skis is that they're hard to handle and control.

Thoughts and prayers are with Sean. As for jet skis, as a boater and jet ski rider I've seen so many near collisions. Many people on jet skis don't pay attenion to where they are going or know the rules of boating, such as who has the right away. There is more to riding them than seeing how fast you can go.
