It's safe to say that Cheryl Cole hasn't had the best week. First she was replaced as a judge for the American version of 'The X Factor,' and now she's reportedly lost her job at the U.K. version of the talent show as well.

According to The Daily Mail, Cole was offered "an olive branch" from the producers of the British 'X Factor' to return as a judge after news broke that she booted from the American show. However, sources claim the former Girls Aloud singer refused to take any calls or meetings with producers.

"Cheryl will not be returning to the British 'X Factor,'" a source told the Mail, who added, "She hasn't returned phone calls. And you can't exactly negotiate with someone who won't even speak to you."

Former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland has been tapped to fill Cole's spot as a judge on the British show, along with hip hop star Tulisa Contostavlos from the group N-Dubz, Take That singer Gary Barlow and longtime judge Louis Walsh.
