Jennifer Lopez 'Sex' Tape Could Fetch Millions

Last week in Los Angeles, a judge ruled that Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband, Ojani Noa, was allowed to release home video of the singer shot while they were married. And the bidding war has begun between porn companies hoping to purchase the intimate home video.

Noa's business manager, Ed Meyer, told E!Online that bids were starting "in the hundreds of thousands," and the final price was expected to be in the millions.

"I've gotten emails from Pornhub, YouPorn, Pulse Distribution, Red Light District and Kevin Blatt, who brokered Paris Hilton's sex tape," Meyer said "If an offer looks good, we'll definitely take it."

One distributer, Pornhub.com, is quite eager for the chance to buy the video. "We are part of the largest network of adult sites on the Internet. Also we have the largest traffic, we get 50 million views per day," said site owner, Kate Miller. "We can pay the most because we got the most money."

Throughout the case, Lopez's legal team successfully blocked the video's release, citing a confidentiality agreement Noa reportedly signed when the couple divorced which would ban him from making such private material public.

However, J.Lo's ex has recently sold the video to his current girlfriend, who is already going forward with a scheme to release the footage via a distributor. On Friday, according to RadarOnline.com, a judge in the case has ruled that the plan is legal.

In the past several years, Lopez has taken Noa to court on mulitple occasions for his attempts to capitalize on their relationship: He has tried to write a book about her, and to produce a film about her, but those exploits were shot down by the superstar's legal team.

You would think Jennifer would have to sign a release for pictures of her to be printed that were private. Yes, it was a dumb move to have the video taken, but she was young and trusted this so called man. His current girlfriend must be a snake too. This has gone on for years. I have a friend that her x-husband took poloraids of back in the 60's and then posted them on the internet, years later. Jennifer, it is a crime, but just hold your head up high and ignore what this slime ball is doing. The more you fight it, the more everyone wants to see the video.

Easy to say...don't make a tape. She isn't the first to play around with video taping of herself being intimate. I'm sure it was personal at the time. Now it means nothing. Relationship is over--throw it away or does he really suck at making a living. What a dooch--who does that--oh wait a minute--he's being vindictive--lame-o, GROW UP! Everyone else...seriously, are you that lame at scoring you need to get off on JLo.
