Leighton Meester's new job as the face of Vera Wang suits her quite well. The 'Gossip Girl' darling is positively radiant in a new perfume commercial for Vera Wang Lovestruck.

In the spot, Meester waits on the top of a fire escape -- in an evening gown, obviously -- while the object of her affection climbs to greet her with flowers. Once reunited, the flowers fall to the wayside as they embrace. Ah, romance.

According to Just Jared, the 'Gossip Girl' star shot the commercial last November in New York City as part of her two-year, $3 million contract with the luxury label.

"When I heard tourists saying, 'I want to look like her,' I knew we were right on the money," Wang told WWD (via Just Jared). "There's nothing like the real client in the street, and I mean the street literally -- and in windows literally."
