What a pathetic legacy. All of her unhealthy living is catching up with her. What a waste of talent.

You give her too much credit. It's not even a legacy, just pathetic.
"Bitter sweet (cough) memories (wheeze), that is all (cough cough cough) I'm taking with...(wheeeeeeeeze) Goodnight everybody!!"
that nasty crack head ho is all washed up.
Pray for her well being instead of being an arrogant and an obnoxious, A-HOLE.
get a grip people, look who's doing the alleging...The Enquirer for the love of Pete. The rag that tells lies about everything and everyone. The rag that all the stars sue at one time or another for there bizarre tales. When I hear it from a reliable source I'll believe it. However, that being said, anyone who smokes a half a pack of cigarettes a day is prone to emphysema. If you quite, you can prolong your life, however, there is no cure for emphysema, but you can make it better by stopping smoking. It isn't just her life style, it is anyone who smokes.
wow my heart go out to her and her family

Justin it's hood to know that there are still some kind and decent people in the world.
Breakfast with Whitney...Winstons and Weed

It wasn't weed...
She was smoking rock, or as squares call it: crack cocaine.
All in the know were aware of this and have been for ages...
Peace!
starry...you don't think whitney smokes weed too? uh-huh, yeah. it's crack AFTER noon. except on her birthday. peace that.
I'm so kooool I just call it roc totally dropping the K. what what ?
Don't forget Whack!
This is truly sad - Whitney had one of the greatest singing voices' and she threw away that gift.
Seems like her daughter is attempting to "parent" the mother.
They both have a tough road ahead of them.

What a waste! But she was toast a long time ago by not quiting the drugs sooner. This is probably a deception as to what is really wrong with her or,... it is the National Enquirer which never let a fact stand in the way of a good story.

I totally believe this...I remember when she was on with Oprah and I was watching it and I thought what has happened to her...she was coughing alittle and breathing very heavy I thought...I even said to my sister that she sounded like she had really ruined herself with all that stuff she smoked...so I dont doubt for a minute that this is 100 percent the truth...a shame though!
They said she has the beginning stages of emphysema. Doctors say that any smoker has it! They have been shocked that my husband and I don't.
Some of you should look into your hearts like looking at a loved one...
Don't be so quick to get happiness by taking even more self-confidence from a beaten down woman! SHE IS A HUMAN BEING!
so she's not going to even try to save her own life? she's going to cash it in? no wonder she's an addict. no will for anything but a temporary high.

There was absolutely nothing offensive in my post.... Yet it was not posted.
Can't understand the reason why !!!!!

What in God's name happened to this woman? She had looks and talent and she blew it all away. She should be ashamed of herself and now she's warned about smoking whatever it is she smokes and she's not going to give it up? She's selfish and immature and could care less how she is hurting her family. I have no pity for her.
