Camille Grammer Files Own Petition for Sole Custody

Kelsey Grammer is starting to get nasty. Camille filed for sole physical custody of their two children on Thursday less than a month after Kelsey did the same -- and now the battle is on.
According to
Us Weekly, the reality star claims Kelsey's
custody petition was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage her," adding that he acted "in bad faith."

custody would move the kids, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, to Chicago, where he resides with his new wife, Kayte Walsh. Camille would have time with the children for half of their summer and winter school breaks -- an agreement that does not sit well with the Bravo star.
"The children have routines, school, friends and are surrounded by people they know and love," the
source told
PopEater. "To move them across the country to spend time with their dad and his new wife, whom they hardly know, and nannies while their father is working makes no sense at all."
Camille also claims the arrangement would not work due to Jude's summer tutoring program and Mason's L.A.-based summer camp.
However,
TMZ is reporting that Camille filed a sole custody petition of her own because of Kelsey's proposal to split the children up. He suggested Mason live with Camille in Los Angeles and Jude live with him in Chicago and attended private school.
Camille, obviously not happy with the proposal, has taken matters into her own hands, filing a petition on Thursday with the hopes of gaining sole physical custody of the children.

Kelsey you must be a total idiot. If you split up the kids you will do so much damage to them. Kids need to stay in a loving house. Don't take them away from their friends and family. Why don't you move back to LA or get you new kid oh wife pregnant then you can wreck their lifes when you leave her to marry someone younger.

Kelsey has a nerve! Unless Camille is proven to be an unfit mother, you haven't a chance in hell for full custody.
FYI for Camille: Tone way down the bragging of what your material possessions are, it's a red flag of insecurity and a real turn-off to those that have to listen. Enjoy all your "stuff", but don't rub it in people's faces.

Have you seen her on RHOBH? Shes a terrible mother. She uses Kelseys money to get three seperate nannies so she doesnt have to watch her own kids. she goes out and drinks with her 'friends' while her kids are left with paid help that more than likely couldnt give a crap less about them.
I will never watch a Kelsey Grammer show again!! What a sociopathic idiot. As long as his life is going well with his "new" wife, he doesnt care if his children have to pick up their lives and change their schedules for him.
I used to love this guy and now I think I would spit on him if I saw him in the street.

Good for you! I agree with everything you wrote word for word.
Now let's see, Kelsey is a chemical dependent, left her and moved in with some new chippy. Even if she is a witch (by all accounts, I think that is probably fairly accurate) and very self-absorbed, he is going to have a hard time proving her a bad mother. Move on Kelsey with your new life and let your family do the same - you make the decision to stray - now you must pay.

Kelsey and his child bride do not deserve the children, he will never get them he is a cheater and he never spent any time with them anyway, when they tried to play games with him he acted all bored and tired like he was about 90 years old!

Kelsey should gets the kids..She a lunatic and set a horrible example..She so self absorbed she probably wouldn't even miss them..If she doesn't get the kids..no child support for her..And you go Kelsey, not quite sure why he married her in the first place..Arm piece..Hope the new one has a brain in her head..
