Inside Kim Kardashian's Engagement Night (Photos)

Clamoring for more details about the night Kim Kardashian got engaged? Good news! Khloe Kardashian posted several new photos on her blog Friday from the big night. "I just wanted to share these pics from the night Kim and Kris got engaged," Khloe wrote.

New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries proposed to the reality TV starlet on May 18 at her Beverly Hills home. The 26-year-old basketball pro got down on one knee and with a 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring, asked Kim to be his wife.

In her Friday blog post, Khloe described what happened after the proposal. "The entire family got together at my mom's house for a 'family dinner' -- none of us thought it would be any different from our usual family get-togethers," she remembered. "Kim walked in late (OF COURSE) and nonchalantly flashed that rock of hers and we all started screaming!"

"Well... It took us a few minutes to notice, but once we did, everyone started freaking out LOL. My mom obviously went all out with ponies covered in glitter and a magnificent princess cake. Would you expect any less of her??" Khloe added.

Khloe concluded her post remembering the romance of the evening. "It was such a happy night - so much love in the air," she said.

Everything and I mean everything this family does is for publicity. An Engagement Party should be an intimate celebration among friends and family, not shared with the world. I do NOT believe that Kim is in love with Kris. I think she sees dollar signs and and easier life. Their marriage will NOT last. She is like a revolving door....everyone has had a turn. I'm telling you now her heart still belongs to Reggie Bush. He is the one she wanted to spend her life with. Kris is the rebound and as we all know rebounds don't last.

I think Kim will always love Reggie and if Reggie went back to Kim and say marry me Kim will forgot Kris. Kim has this thing for ebony, Black men.

Kris is very fair skinned. He once told Sports Illustrated he wish he was darker and maybe a bit insecure. I believe Kim got somewhat jealous of what Khloe and Lamar have.

But, yes Kim, really loved Reggie and when they broke up for good, Kim was devastated and I don't quite believe she's gotten over Reggie. Khloe, talks about that sometimes.
