The 'Inception' star was in Paris, shooting her forthcoming Dior campaign, wearing a pair of black pleated shorts, a see through white blouse and some killer four-inch booties. Talk about a high stylin' mama on the go. We would have never guessed that just weeks ago the Oscar winner, 35, was nine months pregnant. Cotillard's petit copain, Guillaume Canet, is one lucky fellow.
