Who Is Telling the Truth in the Kelsey-Camille Custody Battle?

Kelsey Grammer is fighting back after swirling reports regarding the custody arrangement of his two kids with ex-wife Camille. The 'Frasier' actor's rep insists Team Camille is leaking confidential docs, which according to reports, reveal the reality star has filed for sole custody because Kelsey earlier proposed splitting the kids up.

"Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation," Kelsey's rep Stan Rosenfield says. "There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight."

TMZ obtained a letter that Kelsey's lawyer allegedly sent to Camille's people that proposes "Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason."

Friends of Camille, who is currently taping her second season of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' are much more eager to talk to the press about the ongoing custody battle.

"Kelsey has made it clear to all his friends he doesn't want them talking about his children at all," a work associate of the actor tells me. "Whatever goes on between him and his ex is one thing but as a father he will not fan the rumors regarding his kids."

His lawyer is only saying that "Kelsey's priority is to protect both of his children and he will not make further comment, except that their statement is inaccurate."

maybe kelsey should of thought of the kids before he made a fool of himself with cheating and married so soon!! did he think of the kids then????!!

You've got the wrong villain here. If you had a clue about what a wicked, manipulative, Sociopath Camille truly is, and how for years she tortured Kelsey (off camera), you'd understand how he would be able to look for love elsewhere and why he'd leave Camille in the dust. You'd also understand how she has used the children as a tool to manipulate Kelsey and how she really treats those children. She isn't what she pretends to be. She has Anti-Social Personality Disorder and she's a Cancer to anyone around her. Kelsey's lucky and hopefully he can save those children from her poisonous venom.

kelsey doesn't deserve the children. He seems like a very selfish person who thinks he should always get what he wants.I love this , So does My boyfriend .he is almost 11year older than me .i met him via agegapsin gles.c'om a nice place for seeking age le ss love.which gives you a chance to make your life better and open opportunities for you to meet the attractive young girls and treat you like a king. You are 100% right... he didnt seem to give a crap about how his kids would feel knowing he cheated on their mother (after she nursed him back from his heart attack btw)or how callously he talked about his family in the media when they came down on him for being another cheating husband. He didnt care about his kids seeing him in public and in the papers with that woman before his family knew knew he was running around. He shouldnt get sole custody of the dog let alone those kids.

Is it just me or is his latest wife a younger version of Camille (only not as pretty)???? Kelsey has little chance of getting sole custody of his son only. The new "Camille" can start popping out news ones for him to ignore!!!

yes she is a plain version of camille.....she was pg and lost it before they were married or he was divorced. good example of a father....he thought nothing of leaving the kids for a job in ny for a year..

Camille has a disease where she cant carry her own kids..do you degrade many hollywood types who have done this too without having a illness?? like being too old for instance???

joyce you are an idiot. She COULDNT carry them cause of an illness. She fawns over them because they are her children.... do you think people who use a surrogate or adopt children arent allowed to be good moms because they didnt "carry" them? Kelsey Grammar is a selfish hoein Boar! I will not watch anything he is in and won't support the products that sponsor him. Don't like particularly Camille either and think they should have stayed together. They deserve each other. I do feel soooooo incredibly sorry for those poor little girls having to grow up divided between this rich pieces of human excrement.

Maybe he should have worried about his kids and where they would land BEFORE worrying about who he was going to lay down with and marry next. Camille may be nutty and maybe she wouldn't give him any. It's no excuse for Kelsey's actions. You obviously have major issues of your own, Suzy.
