Who Is Telling the Truth in the Kelsey-Camille Custody Battle?

Kelsey Grammer is fighting back after swirling reports regarding the custody arrangement of his two kids with ex-wife Camille. The 'Frasier' actor's rep insists Team Camille is leaking confidential docs, which according to reports, reveal the reality star has filed for sole custody because Kelsey earlier proposed splitting the kids up.

"Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation," Kelsey's rep Stan Rosenfield says. "There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight."

TMZ obtained a letter that Kelsey's lawyer allegedly sent to Camille's people that proposes "Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason."

Friends of Camille, who is currently taping her second season of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' are much more eager to talk to the press about the ongoing custody battle.

"Kelsey has made it clear to all his friends he doesn't want them talking about his children at all," a work associate of the actor tells me. "Whatever goes on between him and his ex is one thing but as a father he will not fan the rumors regarding his kids."

His lawyer is only saying that "Kelsey's priority is to protect both of his children and he will not make further comment, except that their statement is inaccurate."

What a "DoucheBag". He is the one that is truly delusional. You don't split siblings up just to satisfy your need to provide your new wife with a child! What an AAAAAAAA-HOLE! I for one am growing quite fond of Camille for fighting to keep her children together. It's not about you KELSEY........

Kelsey was the one who decided to leave California for a year to do a play in NY- did he care about missing his kids then? Then he takes up with a young girl while still married (gets her pregnant too!)- did he care about missing his kids then? Then he divorces Camille real fast to marry this girl and still continues to live in NY - now he wants one of his kids!!! I don't think so. Believe what you will about Camille but she has been there for her kids while Kelsey was out fooling around. She had those kids by a surrogate because of her medical problem - so don't throw that into the argument. Those are HER kids and she is smart NOT to split them up so Kelsey can give his new wife a child after the miscarriage.

Bouncing around from one woman to another is a real turn-off; what has this done to his children? Maybe he should have thought of this before? Children usually to get the short-stick in a case like this. Keep th children together!

I used to be a big fan of Kelsey Grammer but now I think the man is a total jerk. What sane judge is going to spit up the kids between the 2 parents? What kind of sense does that make? Not to mention, why would the new Mrs. Kelsey Grammer want to help raise his child by his ex-wife when she can have kids of her own? Kelsey just wants custody to pay less child support and to spite Camille. Any smart judge should be able to see that. When his current marriage ends (and it will), what then? Kelsey would want to send the kid back to Camille, so why take the child in the first place?

Again it is the unfortunate children who have to suffer through the adult problems of the freak parents! I agree both parents are arrogant and selfish but Kelsey really is the top freak there. Don't split those kids up, they need each other now more than ever. He should be neutered so no other innocent children have to suffer through his irresponsible, drug and alcohol fueled adulterous behavior. What's wrong with the current wife? Why would she marry a man that old. Their photo looks like the bride and her father! She will be next, and with his track record it won't be long!

Bazel.. do you live in their house???? Camille seems selfish but he married her.. Friends say she is a great mom. Obviously Kelsey had no problem going to ny to work leaving both kids with her. He said she is a great mom. So you see a reality show cariacture is that really her????

Both of these people are jokes, neither one of them "deserve" their kids, but hey that's America..you can pump them out, (or in this case have someone else do it for you) and ignore them..they are possesions to Kelsey & Camile..she's a train wreck, he's a washed up actor. This new wife is a home wrecker, but she got her man...for now! He'll stray again, it's in his DNA, he had a f**ked up life and he's reaping what he sowed. Two losers that found each other, made babies(with help) and are now divorcing, another American Dream dead..ps: I also don't watch the HWBH or any thing Kelsey is in...ahh yes, life is good!!!

Kelsey would be a better parent, then Camille any day.
Almost any man would cheat, if they found them selves married to a woman like her. Shes too self absorbed to carry her own kids, and has used them since they were born, to manipulate Kelsey.
Camille is a horrible woman, and worse mother.
Any child would be better of with Kelsey.
Bless their hearts...they dont have much of a choice.

From what they showed on The real housewives Kelsey did not look like he really even liked his kids, the little one wanted to play and Kelsey tired out in about 5 minutes, then he just took off to new york with his child lover and never came back, yes, that is real good parenting, Camille is a golddigger but she would be a better parent than him!

Yes, Camille is a nut job. However, Kelsey was the one that dug his grave and now he must lie in it. If he had any concern for his children he wouldn't have left them for a year, cheated on their mother, and married a new woman the minute his divorce was final. Add splitting the kids up-- that is just ridiculous. Camille has every right to fight for her kids. They have already been through so much, let's not add additional years to the therapy I'm sure they already need.

Splitting up the children would forever pit them against each other as they would wonder who got the better deal. A huge mistake, shows that the Father just views them as property and not people.

Kelsey Grammer could have just used condoms and slept around some on Camille while still living with her until his kids were raised. I can't stand it when adults act like spoiled brats and refuse to put their children's needs over their own. Marriage is way overrated. Grammer didn't need to be divorced. He needed to be there for his kids when their mother was involved in her own selfish endeavors. We have two selfish self-centered brattish adults who refuse to put their own kids' interest first. I say take the kids away and find them a new family, and have both Kelsey and Camille cough up the support payments for those stable third party parents.
