Scotty McCreery's 'Out of Summertime' Track Leaked

New Scotty McCreery music is in high demand!

An unreleased track, 'Out of Summertime,' has created an internet fan frenzy, initiating rumors that the plucky, banjo-fueled tune will be the follow up single to his record-breaking debut, 'I Love You This Big.'

Last week, the 'American Idol' winner's premiere tune became Billboard's highest-charting debut for a new artist since 1990.

"I am humbled and shocked by this news," Scotty said. "I can't tell you what it means to me to be on the same charts as my musical heroes. I want to thank my fans and especially country radio for their support. I continue to be amazed by everything that has happened to me in such a short time."

Amidst his inaugural CMA Music Festival appearance and American Idol Live! tour dates, the North Carolina native will begin recording his full-length debut album this summer, with an expected fall release date. Both his debut album and 'Idol' runner up, Lauren Alaina's will be on the Mercury Nashville record label.

I'm not going to hear it. I'll stick with hearing I Love You This Big and not hear any leaked music. I don't know why his label didn't take any actions to stop the leak or prevent anyone from hearing that unreleased song.

I wish this young man the very best! I saw his audition on AI and just new he had the potential to be the winner! There was a lot of other good talent, to be sure, but none as worthy as Scotty's! May he handle his success well that it brings him and his loved ones much happiness.

If Scotty and Lauren do a CD together or if Scotty included some duets with Lauren on his CD, they would sell like hotcakes. They were sooooo good when they sang together. They are both great singers and great kids. Gives me hope for the future generations that America voted them the top two.
