Taylor Swift joined forces with Shania Twain yesterday to recreate the magic that was 'Thelma & Louise' for the CMT Music Awards, airing June 8 on CMT.The singer/songwriters got into character down in Thompson's Station, Tennessee, hopping into a blue convertible as they filmed the segment for the award show, but it doesn't look like these two were working alone.
'Glee' heartthrob, and one of Swift's speculated beaus, Chord Overstreet, may make an appearance in the scene. Yesterday he tweeted, "had fun today in Nashville with @taylorswift13 and shania. Good times." And today he took it one step further tweeting a photo of the three on set saying, "a little thing I was working on yesterday, should be pretty funny. U wanna see it?? Watch the CMT awards tomorrow night!"
Have Overstreet and Swift reconnected strictly for work? That is yet to be determined, but we'll certainly be keeping our eye out for a possible love connection.

Taylor is the youngest person ever honored by the Songwriters Hall of Fame, one of the most successful people in the world, rated the seventh most influentual person in America, and has made well over a hundred million bucks before she obtained legal age, all while never being bump-and-grind clown-clothed gag-gag or a hip-hop hoe. Sure Taylor can write great songs. She can also put on an energetic show. Unfortunately, she can not hold a note to save her life and is sadly being told she can. She should be seeing a vocal coach to expand her singing abilities. Yes, I have bought her cd's, I like her songs, not necessarily her vocals.
I'm still baffled at how Miss Swift became a celebrity - She's boring, her songs get repetitive and annoying, and aside from her eyes (which I have to say are kinda pretty), she doesn't leave an impression on me
But I'm not hating, i'm just saying that she's supposedly so famous but in my school, I've never seen any interest expressed in her or her songs .__.

Is he saying all this to get his name out there it seems to me that hes a nobody trying to cash in on Taylor and Shania's name. Like a little kid ... look at me look look im with famous people. taylor swift has more talent than all these idiots out there at least she has a real band with real musicians. not a dj (dumb jerk) useing other peoples talents and samples and the only reason lady gaga is anything is that she is a freak that the public loves she belongs in a cage inside of a mental ward

Taylor Swift is a phenom for the adolescent youngsters (10-25) that fantasize about her life. Because this age group is so into technology, they vote for everything in the world except politicians. It doesn't take a lot of brains or talent to make a lot of money (there are hundreds of examples), but it does take perserverance and marketability. She was cute and a novelty in her teens, but it will be interesting to see if her fan base stays with her as she matures. Of course, she could be another Madonna that will do anything and everything to stay in the limelight. Hopefully she won't go as far as Madonna has in the name of "talent."
