Katy Perry's 'Last Friday Night': A Crazy, Celeb-Cameo Party (Video)

A bodacious new video from Katy Perry has arrived.

In 'Last Friday Night (TGIF),' a neon-hued sendup of every 1980's party scene you've ever seen, the pop star wears nerdy braces and retro fashions in her wildly optimistic ode to, well, not love so much as...a love of binge drinking.

Perry's booze-laced fantasies are also laced with gnarly celebrity cameos -- from Hanson jamming in the backyard, to Kenny G's super sax-y rooftop solo, to pivotal roles played by 'Friday' singer Rebecca Black and 'Glee' star Kevin McHale. Check out the full video after the jump.

Perry starts out in her bedroom as a bespectacled spaz experiencing some seriously technicolor morning-after flashbacks: Who gave her a hickey? Why does she smell like a mini-bar? Is that really her doing body-shots in party photos? It's all a blur, or perhaps a dream. After all, she wakes up sporting her "before" look, not dressed as the post-makeover hottie she becomes midway through the video. As Perry says in her single: "Oh, well...I'm pretty sure it ruled."

Katy, why do you make light of underage drinking and casual premarital sex to young people? You have no sense of responsibility to be a positive force in the lives of teens. You're not the only one, though, who doesn't care about the influence you have on others. You are so talented, and like so many other singers, not using your gifts in positive ways is very sad.

Its Katy Perry, do you expect more? Her debut singles were about kissing another girl and reasons why she thought a dude was gay eventho he wasnt. Simple, silly fun from a simple silly girl. At least she writes her own stuff and has some kind of voice opposed to some redhaired pop music demons.
