Dakota Fanning Lends Face to Marc Jacobs 'Oh, Lola' Campaign

With Dakota Fanning's signature provocative innocence, it looks like Marc Jacobs hit the nail on the head in casting the 'Twilight' star as the face of his new fragrance, Oh Lola. The actress, who just graduated from high school, may now be sharing the red carpet limelight with little sis, Elle, but in the new ad campaign she's making it clear who's boss in the Fanning household.

"I've been a big fan of Dakota since the first time I saw her in a movie," Marc Jacobs told WWD of his new muse. "When were were speaking about who to use in the Oh, Lola fragrance ads -- I had recently seen 'The Runaways.' Dakota was in it, and I knew she could be this contemporary Lolita, seductive yet sweet."

And according to Jacobs, that's exactly what the new fragrance and its purveyor are -- the perfect blending of seasoned naivete.

"Every time one of Marc's fragrances comes out I run to the store to buy it," Fanning told WWD. "The moment I was asked to be a part of the Oh, Lola campaign, I was so humbled and said 'yes' immediately."

Oh, Dakota. We have a feeling that the 17-year-old actress won't have to go too far to get her hands on a bottle now.

This is as tasteless as the "Bang" ads Marc Jacobs has. Appaently their after the retard market. Dakota Fanning is not remotely sexy, she's not even especially attractive. She's a very plain looking teen; I don't get it.

Oh Dakota, up until this kiddie-porn lite ad, you'd made so many good career decisions. This does not bode well for you. Do not take the "LOH" road - you know what I mean. Oversexualized stuff is so played out and tiresome. Just continue to make good movies and continue to be a good role model for your sister (who was excellent in Super 8).

Are you all stupid? It's not kiddy porn, it's an ad. An ad were she is fully covered, no breast or cleavage showing, shocking covering her legs and her dress isn't too short. She has appeal, that’s why she was picked for the ad. The bottle isn't even between her legs; it's on top of her lap.

Oh wow. Really guys? Your going to make a big deal out of this photo? The bottle of perfume isnt even in between her legs, its resting on her lap and she holding it? C'mon. Get over it. Everybody always makes such big deals of what celebrities do. First off, its not bad. Second, isnt she 15 or 16? Its not like shes a little girl. Seriously guys. Drop it.
