Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: Parents to a New Puppy?

First comes love, then comes a 20.5 carat diamond proposal, then comes a puppy in a doggy crate. At least that's how it goes when it comes to newly engaged couple, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.

The pair were recently spotted toting a new pooch and all of the new doggy supplies to go along with it. The happy duo were scene leaving a Petco store with a their adorable puppy, two dog crates and a big bag full of what we're sure are more than a few toys -- no doubt this pooch will want for nothing if Kardashian has anything to do with it.

So is the couple's puppy love the first step in gauging how each other will act as future parents? Kardashian already seems to be losing sleep over being a new mom. "How do u guys feel about dogs sleeping in the bed with you? Is it sanitary? My personal feeling is no, but I'm having a debate," she tweeted.

We have a feeling that Kardashian is going to be the tough love parent, while Humphries is the pushover papa. But we're just glad that Kardashian and her fiance were able to enjoy the weekend without getting too bogged down by the recent allegations of Kardashian's affair with NFL-er, Bret Lockett, whom Kardashian is planning to take to the cleaners in the courtroom.

I hope the new puppy was an adopted puppy that is a rescued dog!
If they got it at Petco, it probably was. We must not purchase dogs from stores as they support puppy mills that are torturous to the poor creatures! Adopt...do not shop! I have three rescues that are the most grateful and adorable dogs ever. They were horribly mistreated.

I agree, we resuced a dog 2 months ago. I can see by her actions what she went through. She can be so sweet, but she has her moments. It is an adjustment for us and her, she is making good progress.

Please, no more! Who cares what they do, where they go, who they are with, etc. So many people are hurting in this economy, it is sad that the Kardashians are able to cash in based on their over the top lives and little or no talent. There are so many talented individuals who deserve a break more than this family! Do us all a favor, and just go away!

I'm so glad she's worried about whether or not it's sanitary for her new puppy to sleep in that giant bed with her when there are people who just had everything ripped away from them. All that money and not an ounce of charity. Way to be a decent human being. Keep up the good work.
