Lindsay Lohan Throws Roof Party While on House Arrest (Photos)

Lindsay Lohan isn't exactly doing a stellar job of making her house arrest stint look like time spent reflecting on her latest indiscretion. The actress threw a roof party on Sunday, letting every paparazzo and tourist with a point-and-shoot capture her blatant disregard for the judge's orders to lay low while staying in.

Lohan hosted a house arrest party on the roof of her Venice Beach pad. Guests indulged in cold beers and wine while Lohan, who wasn't seen partaking in the booze, mingled among her guests, cigarette in hand.

And the party was apparently so epic that it called for a costume change as the night wore on -- Lohan started the day in jean cut-offs and a loose, blue-printed blouse and ended the evening in a revealing, low-cut black dress.

Lohan in currently at the midpoint of her 35 day house arrest sentence -- the punishment resulting from her guilty plea for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store. The forthcoming 'Gotti: Three Generations' star was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

We have a feeling that if house arrest looks this good, socialites everywhere won't think twice about pulling a five finger discount.

Lohan is never going to learn. Just give her what she has been asking for, jail time and lots of it,not the Martha Stewart or Loretta Helmes type of jail time but real,hard,time.

at least Martha Stewart did her time, but she is an old white woman, if she was a young white woman she would have not had to serve a day..and we don't even want too talk about other races....

You are right. Check the news writeup where it says "despite the judges orders to stay low". Lohan doesn't care all her life money and faqmily position have allowed her to get away with murder. Oh that's right, it's about the only thing she hasn't done(yet).

No point getting upset - Lindsay's gotta be Lindsay, for goodness sakes. She knows she will get away with it, and the judge will do nothing.

House arrest is simply that... you are confined to your house! There is nothing that say's you cant invite the whole neighborhood over, turn up the music, have a beer, a line & change clothes several times a day!

HOUSE ARREST DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE DEAD... LIFE IS SHORT. AS FOR THE SMOKING, VERY FOOLISH OF HER. THAT WILL KILL HER FASTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE.

I THINK SHE'S QUITE TALENTED AND VERY ATTRACTIVE, SOMEONE I WOULDN'T MIND BEING WITH... WELL, THERE WOULD HAVE TO BE A FEW CHANGES... LIKE NO SMOKING AND NO STEALING!

That's it! Must you people make a big deal about everything? It looks like a small get together - nothing out of control or wild, that I can see. I agree that she's been let off the hook too easily too many times, but I don't know that this so-called party is cause for concern.

I don't think she really has any intention of cleaning up her act.She's not done boozing and drugging. Sad to say, but she will probably return to those things as soon as the heat is off.Maybe she will prove me wrong. I hope so. It would be hard I'm sure, to break away from the partying crowd but that's what she needs.

Surprise, surprise, she thinks she is special and so does the so caled Justice System. If, she were not a so called "Star", she would have been jail, to stay, a long, long time ago! She continues to Thumb Her Nose, at the justice system and the system helps her do so!!

What about Lohan's "friends" who attended the party? If they really cared about her, they'd encourage her to lay low and get some help instead of enabling and encouraging her bad behavior.

Wow, poor girl must be suffering while under house arrest. Someday, I hope to suffer if I ever need to be placed under house arrest.
