Lindsay Lohan Throws Roof Party While on House Arrest (Photos)

Lindsay Lohan isn't exactly doing a stellar job of making her house arrest stint look like time spent reflecting on her latest indiscretion. The actress threw a roof party on Sunday, letting every paparazzo and tourist with a point-and-shoot capture her blatant disregard for the judge's orders to lay low while staying in.

Lohan hosted a house arrest party on the roof of her Venice Beach pad. Guests indulged in cold beers and wine while Lohan, who wasn't seen partaking in the booze, mingled among her guests, cigarette in hand.

And the party was apparently so epic that it called for a costume change as the night wore on -- Lohan started the day in jean cut-offs and a loose, blue-printed blouse and ended the evening in a revealing, low-cut black dress.

Lohan in currently at the midpoint of her 35 day house arrest sentence -- the punishment resulting from her guilty plea for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store. The forthcoming 'Gotti: Three Generations' star was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

We have a feeling that if house arrest looks this good, socialites everywhere won't think twice about pulling a five finger discount.

My daughter and I are done with Lindsay Lohan. We won't be watching anything she is in whether it be movies or tv. Done.

LOL. The drugs, booze, arrests, jail, theft and hit-and-runs were okay, but it's a little rooftop party with 4 friends that just finally put you two over the edge?

How the heck can anyone tell from the distance this video was shot from what she is drinking? So she has a few friends over for a get together, What's the big deal? If that was anyone other than Lindsay Lohan this would not be an issue. Leave the girl alone. Geez.

I guess the "courts" don't care that letting LL slide for now will result in her doing something so big (deadly) that no one will be able to "bail her out???

I only hope that she "gets it"...but then again...why should she???

I for one am not a lindsay fan, but it really looks more like a friendly gathering rather than some big bash of a roof party the article title makes it seem. Besides, who cares??? Sober-sided or off the wagon, she is just a regular human being like everyone else, who just gets more attention bcuz she is famous. She is no better than any other person who f***s up their life.

I find it impossible to care what she is doing or with whom. She so unimportant in the world rather it be regarding real life, politic's, actresses. It doesnt matter. She is just so unimportant

i hope the judge is watching this. so next time she stands in front of him he'll sentence her to at least 2 years with no time out for good behavior.
shes laughing at the legal system by doing this. and they let her.

Miss Lohan, You are being foolish. Do you remember the 7 kinds of Hell that Robert Downey Jr. had to go through with the law? Do you wish to try to best his record? You won't like prison. It isn't a game. The people who run prisons and the people whom live in them aren't playing games. Consider another path for your life than incarceration.

Must be nice to be able to break the law over and over and OVER again and just slapped on the hand and sent home to party. Unfair much? Watch, 5 seconds after her house arrest is over she's gonna be awaiting yet another trail for doing something stupid. And what will happen to her? She'll just get grounded again and sent to her room. Literally.

The court system in California's a joke! As long as "criminal" is a celebrity & has money ,whatever they do they get a slap on the wrist. The judges especially should be ashamed of themselves & quit the job if they can't carry out the law. You all look like a bunch of fools!!! Lindsay suckered you again!! Too bad she doesn't moon you to your faces. You deserve nothing less!!

LL really needs to go back to a secure rehab where they will not let her out before 90 days then she should go back to jail and serve the full jail time and not get any special treatment while she is in there .

If this was anyone else their butt would be in jail already. Honestly, you have to wonder about a girl who was lucky enough to get 30+days of home arrest and she can not even manage to do this by the book. Put her in jail already!

This is the judges fault and leads me to wonder who advised this sentance or who owed whom a favor. The Hollywood world is as vindictive as the taliban.Was the judge afraid to jail her. Now it is necessary for everybodies sake.
