Lindsay Lohan Throws Roof Party While on House Arrest (Photos)

Lindsay Lohan isn't exactly doing a stellar job of making her house arrest stint look like time spent reflecting on her latest indiscretion. The actress threw a roof party on Sunday, letting every paparazzo and tourist with a point-and-shoot capture her blatant disregard for the judge's orders to lay low while staying in.

Lohan hosted a house arrest party on the roof of her Venice Beach pad. Guests indulged in cold beers and wine while Lohan, who wasn't seen partaking in the booze, mingled among her guests, cigarette in hand.

And the party was apparently so epic that it called for a costume change as the night wore on -- Lohan started the day in jean cut-offs and a loose, blue-printed blouse and ended the evening in a revealing, low-cut black dress.

Lohan in currently at the midpoint of her 35 day house arrest sentence -- the punishment resulting from her guilty plea for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store. The forthcoming 'Gotti: Three Generations' star was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

We have a feeling that if house arrest looks this good, socialites everywhere won't think twice about pulling a five finger discount.

No doubt. Anyone who's read word one about this c could have told you that she'd be doing rails of coke at the first opportunity.

This will probably be the straw. She is stupid and all the tears in the world won't help her but. I hope she gets at least 5 years hard time. Just for her blatent aggorance and defiance
and lack of remorse or appreciation for the crap she was slapped on the wrist for that others have served time. You steal a necklace, get busted for coke and drinking and driving under the influence, in and out of so called rehab like a revolving door and throw a drinking party on a roof in broad daylight, violating everything. She is extremely full of herself, mentaly ill, an idiot...I think she is all of it. She needs to fall hard. She will not learn otherwise. Take her down. Lock her skank as- up.

If you or I had taken that necklace, we would be spending a lot of time in jail. One month of house arrest? That's a joke. You or I would have gotten at least a year or two in a real jail. The judge needs to put her in jail now and throw the key away for at least 3 months.

It doesn't matter if you have money you can do what you want. And all of these JUDGES know it becuase they are benefitting from it. I just wonder what kind of perks they are getting? All Judges are crooked as far as I'm concerned. Money is power and respect in this Country. Go Figure

You know I felt badly for this girl but now she's just making a mockery of our judicial system! If this were you or I, we'd be in jail counting the tiles on the wall! Maybe it's time for Lindsay to do some REAL TIME in jail and perhaps then she will see that what she does isn't cute or acceptable! Enough already! Just more of the same sh*t! Double standard for people with money and Hollywood in general!

Geez, I guess all of you bashing her read the terms of her house arrest. I missed that. You bashers are most likely jumpimg the gun. I`m pretty sure if she was in violation, the ankle police would be there. To bad the video jerk didn`t get a pic of her changing. ))

one day we're going to be reading about her killing someone while she is either drunk or very high on drugs. She is not going to ever learn a lesson because it seems like everytime she does something wrong, all she gets is a slap on the wrist. I feel like she thinks now she's above the law and that not matter what she does, the courts won't go anything to her. It's so sad because I think she does have talent but she's just throwing her life away. She's going to kill someone or kill herself at a very young age. If this happens then I think it's on the courts hands. If she were just an avgerage person that wasn't rich or famous they would have put her in jail for a very long time.As far as the person who thinks people should leave her alone, and quit controlling her, that's what's wrong with her no one is controling her and she's totally out of control, and one day if she isn't stoped it's going to cost someone their life or it's going to cost her her's when she od's on drugs or booze. I also blame her parents they are the ones that allowed her this kind of behavior to begin with, with her mother being seen out partying with her daughter. What kind of parent parties with their child?

Lilo enjoy being 22 it goes fast. Most of you casting judgement do not realize that 99% of the problem is she never had a childhood. Her parents pimped her out from age 5 and really should be the ones in jail.

we may not understand why she isnt in jail, but at least the judges have pretty much quit saying there is no double standard in the legal system anymore.
