Pregnant Tori Spelling Blames Paparazzo for Car Crash

very pregnant Tori Spelling had quite the scare today after she crashed her car into a wall at her kids' school -- with both of her young children in tow. But no accident, Spelling is blaming a paparazzo who was recklessly following in his vehicle for her collision.

Although no serious injuries have been reported, Spelling let her anger over the gone-too-far paparazzo out via Twitter.

"Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school," Spelling tweeted. "I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school. He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock."

There has been no update on Spelling -- who confirmed her pregnancy in April -- or her baby's condition. We have no doubt that Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, will be even more protective of his baby mama from now on when it comes to shielding her and his children from the prying paparazzi.

Absolutely the photographers should not be endangering their "targets", but honestly, if they weren't following her we would see her on the talk show circuit, promoting some new reality thing, or something. If you want to be a celebrity than you have to live with the celebrity part of it. Last time I checked, photographers don't follow me when I take my kids to school. Oh, that's right, I am not a celebrity.

STALKERazzi take it too far. "Just stop and let them take your picture"???????????? They don't stop at just ONE picture. It's continous. Ugly or not is in your opionion but EVERYONE has a right to their privacy, in the "public eye" or not! They already killed Lady Di, how many more before something gets done?

Is she forgetting the death of Princess Di? Paparazzi played a major part in her death. I hope she is not trying to consider herself so much above Princess Diana that her death is unmentionable to her fender bender. And if the guy was chasing her, doesn't that mean he was behind her? We need a national law saying photographers have to stay 25 feet away from a celebrity or face jail/ fines. They can have their pics via zoom lens without crowding the famous person, and the famous person has some breathing space. As for Spelling, let them take the photos and not endanger your kid by speeding. Maybe once they have a million copies they will leave you alone.

True, Tori Spelling might not be the most naturally attractive woman in the world, but she is not the ugliest either. She looks better than I do. She is so sweet to her kids and her husband. Her mother treated her horribly and she still respected her and kept her pride. All I see in that picture is a woman who has a little "pregnant face" - you know, when your face gets kinda bloated and your nose gets big? I think you can also blame "preggo-brain" for forgetting about Lady Diana. It goes away. And to those who say "just let them take the picture", she deserves to be able to pick her children up from freakin' SCHOOL unmolested. What about the families at the school who aren't celebrities? What if one of these idiot photographers runs into/over one of them? She is right to be concerned.

I think Tori is very cute and whoever says she is ugly is just jealous of her and her looks. She is a mom and she is pregnant and she has her kids with her and they should just leave her alone. I do not know why people are so dam jealous of people who have money. She does not flaunt it she just acts like a normal mom who happens to be very pretty. Enough with the paparazzi and small children. There should be a law that taking photo's of underaged children be off limits to the photographers. If the photog's break this law it is mandatory jail time. Adult celebs can fend for themselves.

@ Chantal...TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. Celebs with their kids "in tow"(especially the small kids (Liam is 4 and Stella is 2...but actually any of their children) should be able to press charges for jail time! Paps who are pursuing...CHASEING DOWN these (celebs) for photo ops are just so out of line! And, BTW, whether or not Tori is pretty or not has absolutely NOTHING to do with the crazed paparazzi who constantly / incessantly chase her all over! Nicole Richie (Madden) has had the same issues with her children...especially when Harlow was younger (before Sparrow was born) and the paps would sit outside her daughter's school and "lie in wait" for photo ops! Nicole took out Restraining Orders and GOT THEM! It's an absolute CRIME & POTENTIAL critical or fatal opportunity that WILL HAPPEN to some one soon! Then all the paparazzi will be surrounding the "dying victims" at the accident scene to get their "precious pictures" of some's corpse! I say... MANDATORY JAIL TIME for paps who continually do this! (And not the "slap on the hand" or being under "house arrest" as in Lindsay Lohan's case)!
