Troubled actor Charlie Sheen is said to be in the negotiations for a new TV show.TMZ is reporting that sources close to Sheen have told them that the actor is in talks for a new TV series that could debut as early as January 2012
While the broadcast network of the possible show has not been named, Sheen's reps are said to be in "deep negotiations" and the deal could be done by the weekend.
The series, reportedly a sitcom, will be written specifically around Sheen and the sources are reported saying that the deal does not call for a pilot episode. The show will reportedly go straight to series.

I wonder if Charlie has enough money left to fix his missing veneers? It's a given that long term drug use ruins your teeth, some of the photos of Charlie, show he has terrible teeth. Before the cameras start to roll, I'd visit a cosmetic dentist.

And I wonder if he'll have enough spare time to do a new TV show, what with all his stand-up gigs, 'goddess time' and the avalanche of movie roles pouring in.
Remember the great show called "Frasier"? HUGE SUCCESS
Now remember the last couple series Grammar was in, created and/or produced.
Can't remember what they're called? Neither can I.
Why would anyone want to see this egotistical, arrogant loud mout druggie in action....again?
Does Charlie Sheen have enough money? Are you kidding? From syndication and DVD sales of Two and a Half Men alone, never mind Spin City and the sheer number of films the guy's been in, he's really doing just fine, thanks. I wouldn't worry about his finances...now his ability to get along with certain people might be a different story...but he's not hurting for money. Not by a long shot.
it will never be as good as 2 1/2 men
If they can find something funny in a middle aged man who pissed away his youth on drugs and hookers then the show will be a hit.
WINNING!

Right! As an ex fan of Charlies I, for one, won't watch another show of his.
You are wrong. First, he was willing to return so the staff would be paid but the producer was so angry at him, he chose to move on. Charlie paid the staff for the 3 months they were not producing.
The same crew is on the new show, so nobody was left out in the cold. How much you want to bed me they move with Charlie to his new show?
You don't have to like him to see he's valuable to execs or they wouldn't give him a new show so fast.
I do wish he'd get some help though.
bed = bet ack
Godess. One came to her senses and ran for the hills!!!

CBS is the one that "Blew it", not Charlie! Charlie didn't quit, he was "let go", because producer Chuck Lorre got his little feelings hurt! Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot! I think they should have let the producer go instead. They would have been "Millions" ahead of the game. Anyway, he's talented enough to survive, as everyone can clearly see. CBS made their bed, now they must lie in it. Hey, what can I say "Paybacks are Hell"!!

Charlie was "let go" because of his womanizing, drugging behavior. He had many warnings and because he, high and mighty selfish additude, was given so mamy second chances he thought they would never get rid of him. He seemed to think he was the show. It was a group effort, and the whole cast had to pay for his mistakes. I think Ashton is going to do an even better job and people are going to say "Charlie Who?"Good luck signing him to a new show,he will run that one into the ground too , and let me add I was an all time number one fan of Charlie till this all happened.
Sheen is only talented enough to entertain those who have no idea what true talent really is. You get what you'd expect from an 'actor' whose range falls somewhere between sarcastic drunk and womanizing drunk.
I agree................CBS blew it, not Charlie!!
CBS, while making monumentally stupid decisions on some of their programming, were right in their call on this one. Perhaps they have made their bed in which they must lie. But it is better than lying in Charlie Sheen's bed--both figuratively (financial risk) and literally (cootie infestation).
