Heidi Montag Claims She Works Out 14 Hours a Day

Heidi Montag hosted a wet and wild Las Vegas pool party over the weekend and showed off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day.

Montag, who famously had 10 plastic surgery procedures done in 2009, debuted her new look at Wet Republic, where she was joined by Playboy's 'Runaway Bride,' Crystal Harris.

"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape," Montag told Us Weekly about why she hasn't been spotted out and about recently.

"I was actually a lot overweight," she continued. "It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."

So how did the 5'2" reality star, who says she weighed 130 pounds at her heaviest, shed the weight?

"I've been running a lot, and I've been doing weights," she said, and is now down to 103 pounds.

Next up for for the former 'Hills' star is another stab at reality TV -- and the restaurant business.

Montag teams up with New Jersey 'Housewife' Danielle Staub, 'Bachelor' star Jake Pavelka, Three 6 Mafia members DJ Paul and Juicy J, former call girl Ashley Dupre and 'Sopranos' star Vincent Pastore to start a new restaurant in 'Famous Food,' a new VH1 reality show premiering July 10.

Seeez, I am aghast at her working out 14 hours a day. think about it: the girl is mentally deranged to put so much obsession into her appearance. If I were her family I would have her checked out for some mental illness. First the surgeries, now THIS. Having no talent has pushed her over the edge!!

I was like, OH MY GOD. She lost 30 pounds. She must have had her fake tits removed. And working out 14 hours a day? She must have been screwing all of Spencer's boyfriends because we all know he is a freaking closet queen. Get a real job Heidi and a life.

It doesn't count if you spend 14 hours in the gym and you use 13.5 hours reading the directions on how to use the treadmill.

She's a moron and I'm glad she's falling off the radar. I only hope that moron she married falls off too.

So true-she must not have a real job-of course if she is able to work out this much. So she is hanging around now with Hefs ex-I guess trash sticks together. Both have delusions of being sex bombs and having singing talent.How could anything sag on her anyway?-she's had everything sucked up and pinned back so much no way it could sag. She is like a cold sore-everytime you think its gone forever it reappears. Be gone all of you.

5'2 and 130 pounds is ALOT overweight....since when???...Thats what I am and I think I look fine, then again Im in my 40's and 3 children.....Go figure...Its Hollywood!

Well, you know none of that weight is brains and it's mostly silicone in those huge overinflated beach balls.

Well really she was right on the border of overweight according to the BMI chart. I am surprised she got that big. That is a lot of weight for her height, body frame, and age. I weigh about that much and I am 5'9 and close to her age. In Hollywood standards, even I am huge though. I've been to CA. and I look fat next to those women, they never eat. Good for her for eating her pie with her hubby, even though I'm not a fan of either of them.

Technically it isn't actually a lot overweight. I'm 5'2" and weigh 130. I'm supposed to weigh 120. But it really doesn't help that I have E cup sized boobs.

I don't see how they are saying that it's overweight. I keep looking at a BMI chart, and for our height and what not, it's not overweight. Especially for you having three kids, you're not going to be tiny.
