Feeling better after a brief hospital visit for malnourishment, Selena Gomez was the host of the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada last night and her beau, Justin Bieber was returning to his home country to collect some trophies.

After much chatter about whether the pair would walk the red carpet together, Bieber stepped out of his limo with another girl on his mind, or rather on his shirt. The 'Baby' singer paid homage to another teen queen, this one from the 1990's.

The t-shirt under his cream colored blazer donned a photo of Tiffani Thiessen's character, Kelly Kapowski, the head cheerleader and resident hot girl on the hit series 'Saved By The Bell' -- a show, wildly popular in the early 90's, that actually went off the air the year before Bieber was even born.

But for all the teenage fans who couldn't wait to see a 'Jelena' connection at the Canadian award show, they got their fix. Bieber won the award for Best International Video of the Year and ran right up on stage next to his girlfriend. The two teased the crowd with an almost kiss and then went in for a very modest handshake.
