Never one to back down from a battle, after being challenged to a Britney Spears dance-off by a friend, Nicole Richie got to work -- and the girl's got moves! The reality star turned fashion designer turned author turned dancer filmed herself getting down to Spears' 'I'm a Slave 4 U.'

"In honor of my queen @BritneySpears," Richie tweeted along with the video.

Richie sports a low cut cream tank top and super short denim cut-offs as she and a male friend get down to the sexy tune, before she takes the dance reins solo.

We remember Richie's goofy dancing days on 'The Simple Life' with former BFF, Paris Hilton, but we had no idea that the mama of two had moves like this.

Even Kim Kardashian was impressed with Richie's hip shaking tweeting, "Omg this is amazing!"

From starring in a reality show to launching her own clothing and accessory line and penning a book series, is there anything Richie doesn't do? She's making the rest of us look bad!

It looks like Brittany Spears isn't truly dancing in her video, like maybe she can't dance anymore. Others in the video are doing all the dancing. She hasn't done much dancing since she came back to her career. What's up with that? Music was great, her dancing skills or lack there of, are terrible. All she did was stand and lean up against the wall. Hm, interesting.

Couldn't she do moves standing in one spot or try to move her arms a bit? She seems so lethargic as her dancers work up a sweat around her.

wow... it was so nice to see Nichole smiling and laughing and having a good time. If we are to believe the tabloids, this gal is always miserable. She is so pretty when she smiles : ) Nice video and she definitely has the moves.

I love Nicole. She has really grown up, stepped up to the plate and took charge of her life when she had to. She has a husband and two beautiful kids, clothing and jewelry lines, she lays low and stays out of trouble. With all that said~ she still looks like a lot of fun behind closed doors! YAY for you, Nicole!

I also hear she has Beyonce's "Single Ladies" down. I want to see that one, too!
