Octomom Joins Cast of New Dating Show: 'First Time I've Dated in My Life'

EXCLUSIVE: Oh my. Just when you thought it was safe to have sex again, Nadya Suleman -- that's Octomom -- is heading to a TV near you in a brand-new celebrity dating show on HDNet, 'Celebridate.'

"I was lucky enough to be invited to be a part of it" Nadya tells me. "I have not watched TV in almost a decade, but I might just tune into this one! This is called 'Celebridate' and I don't perceive myself to be a celebrity, but I guess they do. To a certain degree, I am in the public eye."

Roger Lodge, who has a lot of experience in the love department after hosting 'Blind Date,' will host the series, which debuts on HDNet in October. The series follows different celebrities as three regular people try to win their hearts or get eliminated. Whoever Nadya ends up with, it's likely they'll have more experience then her in the dating department.

"I've never dated," Nadya tells me. "This is actually the first time I have dated in my life. I've had one boyfriend, it was very fascinating to me; it was an unforgettable experience. I am painfully shy and anxious ... that's just my personality."

She adds, "So it's difficult for me to interact and to have eye contact."

The family with 19 kids are self supporting, they own several businesses, Octomom on the other hand is being supported by the taxpayers of California with medicaid, food stamps, and by federal programs like disability. Just a bit of a difference IMO

As far as I know the 19 kids and counting family aren't being supported by taxpayers, so they can have as many children as they want. And by the way I highly doubt Octomom's mutts are half at well behaved as the 19 kids, Did you ever see/hear them talk? I was very impressed, I don't know how the parents do it but I admire the way they are bringing their kids up (I must admit I would NEVER want so many children, I still admire their parenting)

OMG...She is in it only for the money. But why would HDNet pay somepne like her?
After the show tanks. she'll be looking for wome other moron to pay her way for awhile. For God's sake, her own parents dumped her so they wouldn't have to pay for all those kids. They will all have huge therapy bills to pay later on, and she will be hustling herself for money for that too. Poor kids. They don't get it now but they will soon enough. She is disgusting.

I gather this dating game show will have contestants who must be blind, mentally challenged or handicapped in some way, but then again, may be they are too smart too, but no sane or normal man would date this trashy piece of garbage.
