Justin Bieber Attacked at New York Fragrance Launch

Thousands of screaming girls seemed to be the least of Justin Bieber's worries at the launch of his new fragrance on Thursday afternoon at Macy's in New York. While greeting his fans, an man jumped a barricade and tackled Bieber to the ground before multiple security guards attempted to restrain the attacker.

The man continued to fight Bieber's security detail and NYPD in attempt to go after the teen sensation but was unsuccessful. The man was taken into police custody and given a summons for disorderly conduct, according to Gossip Cop. But the teen king was unharmed and went back inside the store to meet with more fans.

Hours earlier Bieber tweeted, "gonna chill..grab a bite..then see everyone at MACY's for the #SOMEDAY launch. LEGGO!!"

We have a feeling that being wrestled to the ground (by a man, no less) wasn't quite what the 'Baby' singer had in mind for the fragrance launch.

Don't get me wrong, I think as a child he has done well, but, when I see 12 yr old girls sleeping on a side walk, in tents, just to get a peek at someone who doesn't even know they exist, it's just wrong.
