'Grey's Anatomy' Doctor Sara Ramirez Engaged

Sara Ramirez is one on-screen doctor who has some practice when it comes to taking a trip down the aisle. Ramirez already tied the knot once as Dr. Callie Torres on 'Grey's Anatomy' and now she's doing it in real life with longtime boyfriend, Ryan Debolt.

According to E! News, the big moment happened in Paris, France on Jun 17 -- how romantique? Although Ramirez's on-screen counterpart chose to walk down the aisle in a lace sleeve, draped full skirt gown and tulle veil when she married fellow female doctor, Arizona Robbins on 'Grey's Anatomy,' we have a feeling that her real life wedding gown will be a bit more subdued.

The pair have yet to announce a wedding date.

Actually, the character was married twice. she was married to George before she discovered she was a lesbian. I believe it was annulled, not sure

With the plethora of non-minorities on the show (having driven-off the one admirable black male character/surgeon over a PC flap), why did the have to make the Latina the bi-sexual/lesbian??? Sandra Oh's character fit the profile better, a couple of the female surgeons, etc.--"Sara Ramirez" was written as sex and BOY-crazy...they had he repeatedly say how much she loves t"the penis" so why her??? Make the confuse, neurotic, shrewish Grey the lesbian.
