Kings of Leon played an emotional tribute to former 'Jackass' star Ryan Dunn on Wednesday night, June 22, during the encore for their first of two shows in London's Hyde Park.Dunn, who had become a friend to the band in the past year, was killed in a fatal car accident in Philadelphia in the early hours of Monday, 20 June.
Speaking to the crowd, NME reports that frontman Caleb Followill dedicated 'Use Somebody' to Dunn and led the crowd in raising their glasses to "a friend of ours."
This echoed sentiments tweeted by brother Jared before the performance, saying he was "heartbroken" and "devastated" at the loss of the 34-year-old, whose memorial service also took place Wednesday.

I'm confused. Is this article about honoring Ryan Dunn or promoting Kings of Leon's current tour?

how about honoring the other guy that died you here nothing about him and dunns the guy that took him how about an outpouring for that guy and his family

I'm stunned. "Paying Tribute" to a killer? He murdered someone by doing something he knew could kill someone. Apparently, by some reports, he drove drunk enough to where Bam even predicted he'd go this way. People who habitually drive drunk deserve what they get, but the innocent people they kill along the way do not. The Kings of Leon should do a tribute to all of the people killed by drunk drivers and not to the idiots that do the killing.
