Pint-Size Fan Rushes Stage, Startles Miley Cyrus (Video)

There must be something in the super fan water. First Justin Bieber was tackled at the New York Macy's launch of his new perfume (although it was later discovered that Bieber's 'attacker' was actually an undercover cop) and now Miley Cyrus is getting stampeded on stage by a mini fan with a full dose of gumption.

As Cyrus was performing her ballad, 'The Climb,' on Friday, a young fan jumped on stage behind her and ran down the runway before throwing her arm around the pop sensation. On point, Cyrus' security guard quickly tried to throw the fan back into the crowd while her super fan fingers were still latched onto the singer.

Once the pint-sized Miley worshiper was back in the crowd, the security guard then focused his attention to the singer who he rushed off stage after a shocked Cyrus repeated into her microphone, "Oh my god," twice.

The show must go on! I agree Miley did NOT look shaken. She even laughed. I just love the way these people report their own version of what they think they saw

This girl had her 15 min's of fame just like daddy and they both should just take the money and run,,,Mily was a hit with the tween's and kiddies but thats the end of her talent,,She sounds like a whiskey drinking smokeing singer of 40 and her stage magic has gone,,,very few can do a change over and stay on top,,,takes more talent than she has ,,screeming into a mike with loud back up music isant talent,,

No good show is suppose to happen with an event.
People are paid to do this very kind of thing, anything to make people talk about the show the next day, all for more tickets to be sold.

What does she expect? She's not little miss innocent anymore and neither are her fans. The more "adult" she portrays herself, the more adult situations she's going to find herself in so she'd better get with reality and start preparing for it.

OMG is right! How much of an over reaction was this? Both by her AND her bodyguard. And he basically just pitched that girl back down into the audience. I hope she's OK, and if she was hurt she should SUE them.

That is NOT a "pint-size" fan. I was expecting a four year old, or something.

There is no need to yell into the mic. She is acting like that girl had a knife! All they did was touch her shoulder! And, really? Miley has to run backstage? SHE ISN'T GOING KILL YOU! Way to overreact.

That was so silly it was unreal.
Did'nt look like the teenager was violant or rough in any way, and so why was Miley rushed off the stage after they easily put the teenager back into the audience???

Taht moron that went after the girl almost knocked Miley off the stage. If she had fallen you can bet the girl would be blamed. It looked to be like she just wanted a picture of herself with her arm around Miley. I doubt she was a threat.

Looks like a little over reaction on the security guards part. The girl just wanted to hug her, she didn't look dangerous. That guy practically tackled her, he was big enough all he needed to do was just grab her by the arm and pull her away. Then the guy rushes Miley off the stage, I don't think that Miley was in any danger. Its not like shes the president.
