Singer Ameriie Gets Married to Lenny Nicholson

Singer Ameriie got married to Lenny Nicholson over the weekend.

PEOPLE is reporting that Ameriie, 30, married Nicholson, a former Columbia Records executive, on Saturday (June 25) in the island of Anguilla in the British West Indies.

Ameriie is quoted saying, "This is such an exciting time for me. This is my first marriage and I am over the moon. I look forward to a loving and enduring marriage. This day couldn't come any sooner for me. I am beyond thrilled. I will remember this day forever."

Ameriie, real name - Amerie Mi Marie Rogers, wore a Monique Lhullier gown complete with a cathedral train, baby blue Yves Saint Laurent Tribute sandals and jewelry by Rafaello & Co.

She got her hair styled into an edgy up-do and it was decorated with strings of diamonds and pearls.

Ameriie and Nicholson held their wedding and reception at the luxury resort Viceroy Anguilla and at the reception that couple and their guests dined on a sea foam green seven-tier cake that stood 3.5 feet tall. Each tier of the cake was a different flavor.

Following the ceremony and reception, the newlyweds began their honeymoon at the resort's 5,000 sq.-ft. 'Romance Villa', complete with its own private beach, butler and staff.

How creepy is it that you ask someone how it feels to be married and their response begins with "this is my first marriage." I wonder how many she is planning on.

It is unbelieveable how many flaunt ignorance with the statement "who". There are many musical artists, past and present. If it is a artist you are not familar with why not check them out before showing your lack of musical knowledge. Who knows? You might find something diffrent you may like.
