Beyonce: 'I Always Said I'd Have a Baby by 30. I'm 29'

Let Beyonce's baby countdown begin. The Sasha Fierce singer told Piers Morgan that she's got less that one year to make her baby dreams come true -- if she keeps on track with her life plan that is.

"I always said I'd have a baby at 30," she told Morgan. "I'm 29. But I also said I was going to retire at 30. I'm not retiring."

So what does that mean when it comes to making hubby, Jay Z, a daddy? "Only God knows," she said.

But with Beyonce's benchmark baby year fast approaching, she is seriously considering giving motherhood a go in the near future.

"I feel like 30 is the ideal age, because you're mature enough to know who you are and have your boundaries and your standards and not be afraid or too polite, but young enough to be a young woman," she explained. "I'm so looking forward to it."

So does that mean that Beyonce is going to hop on the baby mama bandwagon? Because it seems like now, more than ever, would be the perfect time to start on the baby making trail. The 'Run the World (Girls)' singer's fourth album '4' drops today and although queen B will be making her rounds to promote the record, we have no doubt she could sneak in a little R & R if she does decide to make her baby by thirty cut off date.

oh please she turns 30 in like 2 months you can't always plan when you're gonna have kids. Lynn Redgrave had all three of hers correct she had her son Ben at 25 in 1968 her daughter Kelly just before her 27th birthday February 26th 1970 and her youngest daughter Annabel Lucy sometime after her 30th birthday in 1973. or her older sister oscar winner Vanessa had her first child Natasha at 26 May 11th 1963 her second child Joely at 28 January 9th 1965 and her youngest child Carlo at 32 September 16th 1969 5 months before Kelly was born
