Dear CBS
You can not KILL off Charlie Sheen's character!! Here is why. I understand the differences between star and character still Mr. Sheen was part of the winning formula! When you decide to bring the show to it's Finale you will need Mr. Sheen. It would not be right not to have him. Having ghosts in a Finale not as cool as having a different Charlie Harper.

Why doesn't the whole cast die off. Nobody's going to watch anyway.
No problem - When the show closes, simply paste a pic of Charlie with LOOSER splattered across it.
Bill, You might want to learn to spell Loser before you use it to describe someone else who apparently fits you.
Why not? In the 1940's, when a radio serial lost its sponsor, the finale was to have the entire cast take a bus to a picnic, then the bus went over a cliff. End of story-line, end of characters.
For Real??? He should never be seen on tv again!
Have his son (Ashton Kutcher) move in and be alot like his abentee father. Plenty of family disfunction there. He doesn't even have to die, he could just be on a retreat somewhere doing some much needed soul - searching that just happens to take the life time of the show.
Think "Dallas". They can do 1, or even several seasons with Charlie being "dead" and when everyone kisses and makes up, or more likely the new line up tanks, Charlie can "wake up" from a alcohol induced stuper and the whole thing was a dream!
Charlie Sheen made that series a success, i am also a fan of ashton, but i think Charlie sheen still, is better than ashton
with that character, ive been watching this for years, but let me see if ashton can deliver the same way Charlie did it!
To the producers, do not just throw Charlie Sheen away, this show was successful because of him...
you have to be kidding!!? that is the worst thing these stupid pieces of sh*t can do. the man is off the show, now grow up!

Charlie will probably volunteer to do it live as he thinks he's invincible.

There ya go, I think that would be a perfect ending!
Didn't he already drive off a cliff, at least figuratively?

He's being McLeaned!!

Charlie should be written out of the script forever because he sealed his own fate however killing him off is a little bit much and sounds like revenge on the part of the producers which could turn a lot of Sheen fans off. Begin the new season with Charlie married and moved out of state to be with his bride. Charlie sells the house to Alan. Alan, due to alimony payments is too poor to make house payments and takes in a roomie or Ashton buys the house with the proviso that Alan and the kid stays. As for Charlie's new show, no doubt it will attact the curious however my bet is that it will not last more than one season = L O O S I N G !

To David.......
"Loose" rhymes with "goose".
I think you have a great idea for a new plot for "Two and a Half Men," which I am truly enjoying in reruns this summer. I, too, think Charlie driving off a cliff is a bit to harsh a fate for a lovable scoundral like Charlie Harper. Fans may rebel. Let Charlie Harper and his new bride and her divorcing parents all drive off into the sunset to begin a "new life" together, leaving Allan having to sell the house to Ashton, as you suggested, with a clause in the seller's agreement that Allan and his son can remain with the house, like the furniture.
I'm agreeing with David, plus, it just sounds like they are being mean. enough is enough already - let Charlie be.
Yes, Charlie has been acting nuts -- but still, it seems like Lorre is cutting his nose off to spite himself.
