Charlie Sheen's 'Two and a Half Men' Character Will Be Killed Off

Just how will Charlie Sheen's 'Two and a Half Men' character exit the hit CBS sitcom? According to reports, he's kicking the bucket.

The script has yet to be finalized, but sources have told TMZ Sheen's Charlie Harper will be written off in a way preventing the actor from ever returning to the series.

One situation involves the character driving his car off a cliff.

While filming won't being until August, the current plan is to have Ashton Kutcher's character buy Charlie Harper's home.

Sheen is reportedly eying a return to sitcoms outside of CBS and 'Two and a Half Men.' RadarOnline's report indicated a deal with TBS, however according to USA Today, TBS has denied the reports.

Radar quotes a source as saying Sheen's new character "will be very similar to the one he played on Two And a Half Men, however the show will be a lot racier."

Why don't they kill him off by having him get alcohol poisoning? Everyone could be at the ER when he dies after drinking like he normally does. Or maybe his kidneys could fail.....
The car accident has to be because he is drunk.
Or maybe he got so drunk because he contracted an STD and killed himself because he was dying and he knew how many women he had infected. No, he's too selfish (in real life as well) so make it alcohol poisoning.

Drug OD would be good. A prosititute killed him? Fatal crash due to being drunk? Died of STD's. Take your pick! A 100 and 1 ways to die.

what is it with you people? you have all obviously watched this talented actor for all these years on this show, laughing and probably vicariously enjoying his lifestyle and antics. now that you find he is doing the same thing in real life that entertained you for so many years on tv, you turn on him as if he were some sort of ogre or molester. many of you have trouble spelling. you are the sick ones, not charlie. he was paid to play himself for all those years. if your lives were put on screen, the ratings would be lower than an infomercial. get a life.

he should die due to drunk driving, ashton shows up at the funeral because he's charlie jr except charlie sr never knew he had a son with a old gf, so ashton is about to sell the house due to him hating his dad for not being there for him and he turning out the same then he figures out that by living at the house he can learn about his father, and hello at least 3 seasons of ashton.

It can't work. Ashton is 33 and Charlie is 45. I realize Charile's character has always been a bit of a player but 12/13 is a tad bit too young to have fathered a child and cause way too much controvesy over it. If his replacement had been just a bit younger and made the date Charlie's character fathered him 15-17 it might have worked.

I think the idea of alchol posioning or just a car accident would be better. I think driving off a cliff is pushing it. Besides everyone knows where they will have gotten the idea from when his car had ended up over a cliff.

I'd like to know how they plan to continue it being 2 1/2 men. If Ashton's character buys the house, then Alan and son are homeless, unless Ashton is a relitive and lets them stay because their related would be one thing. If not it'd be very strange for him to buy a house and suddenly let this man and his teenage kid who were related to the previous owner continue to live there.

That's an AWESOME idea! Ashton could be his son from a high school sweetheart or something...that would be a great way to keep the momentum (and storyline!) rolling.

Oh, and @ mjp63674? Are you for real? So...nobody in the history of television or movies has EVER played a parent to someone that they couldn't POSSIBLY be a parent to in real life? Seriously, the fact that you rattle off both their ages is scary enough, but it's ACTING...they have scripts, makeup, and and all kinds of neat Hollywood tricks so people can PLAY characters that they are NOT anything like in real life! IT'S ALL MAKE BELIEVE!!!!!
