Just how will Charlie Sheen's 'Two and a Half Men' character exit the hit CBS sitcom? According to reports, he's kicking the bucket. The script has yet to be finalized, but sources have told TMZ Sheen's Charlie Harper will be written off in a way preventing the actor from ever returning to the series.
One situation involves the character driving his car off a cliff.
While filming won't being until August, the current plan is to have Ashton Kutcher's character buy Charlie Harper's home.
Sheen is reportedly eying a return to sitcoms outside of CBS and 'Two and a Half Men.' RadarOnline's report indicated a deal with TBS, however according to USA Today, TBS has denied the reports.

The only scene I want to see that arrested wife beater, Charlie Sheen in is of him wearing a orange jailbird jumpsuit while his ankles are shackeled together and chains running up to under his ballsack and around to his wrists while he hobbles off to serve time in prison for real.

Since I could no longer watch the show because of Charlie Sheen and how awful his character became, I don't know but I heard that the last episode of the show had Charlie leaving with Rose for Europe? Wouldn't that be a perfect way to write him off? He's not going to be back to film any type of ending so he has to already be gone somehow..

I've thought they should just have he & Rose stay in Paris & the new character shows up as a half brother of Charlie & Alan's. I mean their mother did marry several men.

Predict the show with Kutcher will limp into next season and then be canceled.

Seems a little spiteful.
I was kind of looking forward to the final show when Charlie makes his return. Also shows how shallow and ego-driven Hollywood really is. Don't appove of his life style and no question the guy screwed up, but he was a screw up when they hired him. Made headlines for various overdose incidents and weapons incidents, but wasn't fired until he called the boss mean names.

All around bad move....leave space for Charlie's return. Charlie Harper is a likable scoundrel. A**hole Kutcher is just an annoying pest.

Might as well be killing off the show.

The show will never be the same without Charlie Sheen.
Charlie Sheen was the show.
The show will flop and will end soon.
Sorry Chuck you lose this time!!!!!

What an odd thing to do.And if they sell his house to the new flake..how does his "brother" stay jermaine to the story?Sounds like this idea is based on an "in your face" position rather than something they actually NEED to do

I think the season should open up with all returning from a family vacation, that charlie remained home from, and they discover his bloated, gin soaked syphilitic remains. Just as Evelyn predicted.

Like people can't dream or have memories of him or remember him or think they see him after he is dead. Sorry this doesn't really make a clean goodbye.

WTH everyone will believe it after all the crap he's pulled. Get a wheel and "Spin A Death".

They should write him off as finally realizing he loves Rose; they get married and move back to England so she can resume running one of her family's many businesses.

Good bye Charlie,I loved the show I hope you get it all together someday. I'm looking forward to it!

shame they don.t have the 'kid' turn into a vampire ,,and kill him......maybe fox would pick up the series

perhaps they could write in a cocaine overdose with the line "dyin's for fools" ?

i think if they kill off charlie, let it be thaat he leaves a will and he leaves everything to jake, and ashton lives there supposely just temporily and he is bertas nephew and by the way the re runs are great with charlie it was the funniest on t.v.

This scenario has Chuck Lorre's big ego fingerprints all over it. The show will sink like the Titanic without CS, even though the supporting characters are wonderful. Chuckie, Chuckie, Chuckie: Charlie was right when he said he took your wagon of tin cans to the bank and got a bazillion dollars for them. You are just a tin can kind of a guy, and dumb besides, to think THM will succeed without the glue (Charlie) that held the storyline together. You really are one dumb dodo, aren't you?

I have a great idea.. he should die off or go on some retreat after he finds out that he has a son (Ashton kutcher) from a long time ago affair. It can be just a letter left to his brother that his son is moving in to take care of the place or something because he felt bad about not being in his life for so long and is doing some soul searching. I've always enjoyed the show although it was getting pretty boring towards the end anyway. I think that this might liven things up a bit.

Oh yeah and his son (Ashton) could be just like him. as if it were inherited. It would fit right into the old original story line, with a better looking, much younger charlie. Perfect
