Christina Hendricks Can't Find a Bathing Suit for Her Curves

Christina Hendricks is known for her curvy figure as much as her breakthrough role as Joan Holloway on AMC's hit show 'Mad Men'--but it turns out, her curves can make shopping a bit difficult.

"It's really hard to find a bathing suit if you have breasts," she told Lucky Magazine [via UsMagazine.com.] "You either get smooshed down or there's no support. My husband and I have sketched out designs."

But when it comes to clothing, Hendricks knows exactly what works for her. "I have to be careful about my proportions and keep it simple," the 36-year-old actress revealed. "What works for me is structure and something that shows my waist."

For red-carpet events, the redhead also knows who to call. "[I love] Vivienne Westwood for drama, L'Wren Scott for her perfect tailoring and body consciousness and Zac Posen for whimsy," Hendricks said. But bottom line: "I try to remain calm and remind myself that this is a fun, lovely event."

Land's End makes regular sized swimsuits with up to DDD cups. I'm sure they aren't fabulous enough for celebrities, though.

fake boobs form a very round outlines on the top of the woman's chest when they are pushed up- real breasts 'smush' in evry direction evenly. From her previous pictures as a smaller chested woman, it's obvious that 1 million ho-hos wouldn't give her huge breasts and a small waist. Dream on boys- a good Playboy Dr made those. Playboy pays for a girls breast implants if she poses for the mag.

Christina is awesome. Loved her on Firefly and she is great in Mad Men. She reminds me of the pin up girls from long ago who had curves and looked like real women, not stick figures or 14 year old boys. She is like the live version of Jessica Rabbit.

have 38f boobs and have a hard time finding suits as well, tried lands end and they just dont give the support i need. not everyone with large breasts are from surgery. @Lannette do you have a website?

Truthfully it does suck. I tend to have the same problem and it stinks because i'm still young and I want to wear a cute bathing suite but i just can't find one that looks good on me. I end up buying suites for support and had to give up on finding a cute bathing suite that supports and is still affordable for a college student working part less then part time. I'm not saying i feel bad for her, just that i know the feeling. but of course if she really feels like it she can wear a two piece, I can't.

I like her a lot, I think she has a BEAUTIFUL face. BUT, she DOES NOT KNOW WHAT WORKS FOR HER. She dresses horribly, and she could look SO MUCH BETTER. PLEASE hire a stylist that has boobs!!

It's definitely possible for them to be real. I'm a 36F naturally and only 20 years old. As I've lost weight or gained weight, any excess fat has gone to my chest. And people who have claimed "They're too rounded to be real". If I'm in a push up bra and tight clothing, mine round at the top.
Definitely a possibility that hers are real as well.
