Halle Berry Accuses Ex Gabriel Aubry of Neglecting Their Daughter

The custody fight between Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over daughter Nahla is still going strong, UsMagazine.com reports. Berry made an appearance in family court on Tuesday and accused Aubry of violating an April custody agreement regarding their 3-year-old daughter.

Laura Wasser, Berry's Hollywood heavyweight attorney, submitted lengthy documentation focusing on Aubry's parenting skills. TMZ.com reports the Academy Award-winning actress alleges that Aubry neglected his daughter during an overseas visit and put her safety at risk.

The 44-year-old actress requested the judge rule that Aubry violated the agreement. Since he was not in court, the judge set a hearing for a later date.

Berry and Aubry first began fighting over custody in January. "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her," her rep told UsMagazine at the time.

"Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter's best interest," the rep added.

Berry and Aubry broke up in April 2010 after several years of dating.

Here we go with the accusations. Why can't people agree it ain't working out no more and just SHARE custody of their kids. No parent is perfect and kids need both of their parents!!!!

Halle ends up with total losers because it's all she looks for. Maybe her own standards aren't so high so that's what she always ends up with!

Shared custody is certainly not always easy. Parents live in diffferent cities and both of them want to share the live of their child. I am sure the little girl loves both parents and that is the only reason for MAKING IT WORK. Put your own interests aside and do what's right. Pizza on non-cheating days? Give me a break! Family services should do some evaluations on a nutty mother. Or is she already afraid, that little Nahla gets fat?

...not privy to all the information, however as the guy made a direct honest statement in the past...he wants to move on he's not feeling the relationship, he stated he wanted to date other women at this time and he's a tad younger then her and just not in that settle down mode as she is...Halle just can't let go and she does not want to face the fact that the guy just not into you at this time...in this case it just probaly an age difference and I don't beleive this guy will put his daughter in harms way...if that was the case she would mentioned his ways a long time ago...let it go Halle its all good...you had a young buck for a season and now its just over let it go...

This guy was a sperm donor, she's a Diva and has the resources to make his life miserable. After she was through with him giving her the pretty baby she wanted, she kicked him to the curve. I hope he had fun in the process and got a little cash to boot.

Well let me put it this way....If you have a very beautiful car, and you put your key in it, and it blows up, you would say "that's a very bad move on that person"...."If he didn't stick his key in that keyhole, he would be okay right now"!!!!! Halle is a f-ing nut job!

I haven't heard an actual reason why the child is in danger of neglect while she's with the father. This is the typical attempt at PARENTAL ALIENATION. Selfish mothers who don't wish to deal with the father and want the child all to themselves.

I'm sure if there was a true concern, the reasons would have been known by now.

Her BIGGEST mistake was producing a child with a CAUCASIAN. White boyz may not be able to jump, but most of them CARE about their children. Halle needs to turn the child over to the better parent and walk away. (Sad that she won't...The kid is a possession to her.)

Halle Berry's daughter is probably in more danger every time she's in a car with her mother given her past hit and run accident.

It's not hard to figure what has gone on here. Ms. Berry wanted a gorgeous man to father a child with and that's it. What's she's doing is disgusting. She hasn't been successful at relationships but she sees a child as a trophy and a possession and a child won't leave her.

I haven't forgotten that she has two hit and run accidents on her record. All the physical beauty that this woman was blessed with didn't cross over into her character.

Two things make me unsympahetic to Halle Barre:
1.) She has a long history of acusing her ex-lovers of horrible things. This either means that shemakes thisstuff up, or she has HORRIBLE taste in men. Either way, there is a problem with her.
2.) It's always Halle Barry who publicizes her fights with the Ex...you never hear Aubrey airing their dirty laundry or smearing Halle.

Two thing we can learn from this...not getting married is no guarantee of a neat and clean break-up...and no amount of beauty can make upfor crazy.

Halle Berry is too self-absorbed and narcissistic to understand how much a little girl needs a loving daddy. And she's too rich to not get what she wants. Little Nahla is a possession to HB, not a small human being with real emotional need of her father. Good mothers put their CHILD'S needs ahead of their own. Read this two or three times, Halle. Then research it on Google.
