'Mob Wife' Renee Graziano Drops $30K on Plastic Surgery

'Mob Wife' star Renee Graziano already knows how to pack a powerful punch, but now she's hoping to get the body to go with them. The loud-mouthed reality star decided to go under the knife Monday for what she calls a "full-body lift" -- a procedure with a $30,000 price tag.

Graziano told TMZ she decided have the full-body procedure, which includes a tummy tuck, to get rid of the weight she gained since filming the first season of the VH1 show. The five-hour procedure also reportedly included a butt lift.

The reality star claims she paid for the surgery herself, and that the producers in no way pressured her to lose the weight.

'Mob Wives,' which concluded its first season on Sunday, was a bona fide reality hit, but it didn't come without its emotional cost. Graziano recently opened up about her estranged relationship with her father, incarcerated former Bonanno family consigliere Anthony Graziano.

"My father is not speaking to me right now because of the show. He has his own views, I respect him," she said. "He's my father, I'm his daughter, nothing will ever stand in the way of that. He respects me I respect him but they understand they have to let me grow otherwise I'm going to have an ignorant mentality and never really have my own identity."

if she got the surgery on Monday.... you all should be intelligent enough to know that since it just happened yesterday that she isnt dressed up at an event today. So to say it doesnt look good is weird because there are no pics of her post surgery.

These ignorant people are so quick to try to put someone down or make nasty remarks about them that they did not even read the article. although I doubt most can even read or understand what they are trying to read. The pictures above are not of Renee AFTER her procedure. It was just done yesterday. If she was able to mend that fast both her and the Dr. would be famous magicians. It takes time to heal and have the bandages removed and for swelling and brusing to fade.

Renee, do what you want. You are attractive, and if you want to
improve, fine. Now, my real question is this: Jr. Pagan, Renee's
ex. As far as I know, PAGAN IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN A LATINO LAST
NAME. Yet, on the show they do not indicate that Jr. is latino.
Anyone know the answer to this????
