Pippa Middleton to Get an Armored Car?

Her sister may have married into the Royal Family, but it's Duchess Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton, who may be getting her own set of armored wheels.

Prince William's in-laws are reportedly splurging on a $152,000 bomb-proof vehicle for Pippa, who has surged into the public eye ever since she held Kate's train at the Royal Wedding in April.

"Carole and Michael have taken a raft of measures following advice from one of William's most trusted bodyguards," a source told The Sun. "Pippa's car will have all the latest security devices, including armor plating. It will be bomb proof."

Pippa has been making headlines almost as often as her now-royal sister, from her latest fashions to who she may be dating these days.

Last week, reports surfaced that Pippa and the youngest Prince were getting close, but Harry shot down any rumored romance. Pippa's recent split from British broker Alex Loudon also added fuel to the hookup fire.

"Pippa? Ha! No, I am not seeing anyone at the moment," Harry told the UK's Daily Mail. "I'm working a lot at the moment, so dating and watching TV are the last things I have time for."

It's there money they can do whatever they want with it.I dont understand why some people are angry.Had it been my daughter and i had the money i would do my best to keep her safe.

And rightfully they should be affraid for her safety. The so called royal family is full if spitefull wierdos. Her new husband was raised by them however having 50% of the blood of the their mother, an angel, may help him. There is no such thing as someone of blue blood or royalty. It is stupid to venerate someone just do to birth. Dumb ! ! !

i am sick and tired of hearing about her. She is nothing. She is riding on her sister's coat tails. What in the h*ll does need an armored car are protection from? Her sister married royality and she is cashing in on it.

I know this isn't what the article is about, but am I the only one who was slightly grossed out by the rumors of Prince Harry and Pippa dating? I mean, it would be totally weird if I dated my brother-in-law's brother!!! I dunno.... I am not totally bound by societal taboos, but that is one taboo that I would NEVER break.. or maybe it is just my own personal taboo.. haha anyways, I am glad her parents are taking measures to keep her safe.. there are plenty of weirdos in this world!

Haven't you evervseen members of a wedding party hit it off? Usually matched-up pairs just tolerate each other, but occasionally they date again. With Harry and Pippa both having great personalities and looks, we shouldn't be surprised that the papparazzi tried for more news with them. After all, it would be quite a match!

Remember Princess Diane. When the media identifies a person of public interest the onslaught of papparatzzi (sp.) and the press can have harmful results. Give the young women some space, let's enjoy her on her journey from a distance and with some dignity.
