Losing a friend is always hard, and 'Jackass' star Bam Margera lost his very best friend when Ryan Dunn died in a violent car accident last week."It was pretty much the worst news I've ever heard in my life," Margera told E! Online while sitting next his wife, Melissa "Missy" Rothstein.
"He was my best f--king friend in the world. It's been five days now and I can't stop crying man," a visibly upset Margera said. "I just don't think it should've been him."
Though news of Dunn's death came as a shock -- Margera woke up to the news in Arizona -- the 'Jackass' star's reckless driving didn't come as a surprise.
"He flipped me in a car eight times at the same exact spot in 1996," Margera said. "Thank God I had my seat belt on, because ['Jackass' star] Chris Raab put one on me, but my brother didn't have one on. He flew 40 feet. Thank God he's alive. But like, Dunn was always a maniac at driving."

You MADD, ho? "Waahhh I lost my relative in an accident that could have been caused by ANYTHING, but I hate drunks, so lets make sure they suffer FOR THEIR ENTIRE LIVES, wahhhhhh".
Everyone's gotta die some time.
That is true, Bam isn't to bright. Looks to me he is DRUNK in this interview. He hasen't LEARND ANYTHING.
He made the choice to drink and drive. it's as simple as that. When you do that, you take the chance that you may hurt/kill yourself and others. People like Llort like to excuse reckless behavior. First of all, allieann45 said nothing about hating drunks or MAKING them suffer. No one made Dunn suffer but himself, and allieann45 is just acknowledging that. Just like the entire illogical "could have been caused by anything" debate llort brought up. it happened because someone was drinking and driving. obviously there was a reason, or the accident wouldn't have happened. Yes, feel bad for Dunn, give some sympathy to the family, but in the end...he was the maker of his own demise.
i lost my mom as the result of a drunk driver. i have zero sympathy for this murderer

Well then you of all people should know how much pain a death like this causes the family and loved ones. Stop talking and try thinking. If you can’t feel sympathy for him, then feel it for his family. Otherwise, the example your mother left for you she left in vain. Don't be so conceited.
Hey Kasey maybe if you lost a close relative to a drunk driver you might have a different opinion.
You know what, Kasey? I do feel for his family and they have my sympathy... I feel even more for the family of the man he took with him when he crashed. But for him? And anyone who says he doesn't deserve it? NADA!!! I feel NOTHING. People who drink and drive deserve what they get, period. This is not a new thing. Drinking IMPAIRS your ability to operate a vehicle. Add that to the moronic thought that you can handle a sports car at 130 mph while drinking? Yeah, he got exactly what he deserved. A true friend would have taken the keys... not cried foul.
Sorry to here that Bonnie. My mother was also killed by a drunk driver.Only he died too.Drinking and driving Kills .
I hear ya Bonnie, and agree with you, I lost a sister to a drunk driver. As for shane if you had been reading or watching all the news about this you would know they had results the following day dummy, toxicology reports may take weeks but not blood alcohol level! Now I'm not one to wish anyone dead, but if there is a wreck involving a drunk driver and someone dies, than the drunk driver is the right one to die simply as that!!
Bonnie, I concur with you 100% and I am sorry for your loss. Kasey, you're an idiot. As far as his family and loved ones are concerned where have they been the past 10 years of Ryan's life? They didn't have a clue after 26 previous traffic incidents that he had a problem? Bam has been crying for days? If he loved him so much why didn't he get him some help? Why didn't anyone? Where's the bartender that served him drinks all night? He couldn't call a cab? Where are the party goers who had photos taken with him all night? They couldn't call a cab? He had a past history which Bam talks about in this video...already had one wreak at the same spot...threw his brother 40 foot...was going over 130mph...something pretty regular from the news stories. I feel sorry for the poor smuck that survived 3 tours overseas but didn't have the capacity to reason and got in the car that night. I feel sorry for his family and loved ones.
And kasey...look up the word conceited and tell me exactly how it pertains to Bonnie and her loss. Again, IDIOT!
How about this.....no he should not have been driving...cant change it, 2 people died ...cant change........if we drink just dont drive even if its only 1 a year you dont drink and drive...we could save 1,000 of lives just by this....
we can change
I totally agree!
Sounds like he was texting while driving, too... the trifecta of stupid stuff that gets people killed all the time.

A few things:
@tparrish523 - Bam wasn't crying foul, he was expressing how upset he is about his friends death(anyone would say "it shouldn't have been MY friend"). If anything, he is saying he KNEW this would happen. Listen to the interview, he repeatedly says that he told Dunn he was going to kill himself with his recklessness one day.
@ANDREW - The toxicology report was out a few days ago. His blood alcohol level was a 0.196 %, or more than twice the legal limit for the state of Philadelphia.
For everyone else trying to play the "I'm too hardcore to care" card because Dunn was driving drunk and speeding - Get over your unearned sense of smug self satisfaction. Just because Dunn was at faul, doing something stupid and illegal, doesn't mean his best friend should turn his back and not mourn him. You don't have to feel sorry for Dunn or Bam, but you also don't have to be a bunch of pricks and disparage a dead man and his friends.
this guy Bam is the biggest moron in existence.

Corny but stupid......
Does Bam realize just how truly moronic he sounds, here ? His buddy was even dumber, & paid for it solely due to being very very dumb... That Bam can pull a heeb chick like that when he can barely read, is priceless.....
